The location of the place was great, food and drinks can be easily found around the location. However washroom door lock was broken, and no soap for washing hands.

Friendly receptionist.. Comfortable bed.. Very convenient area with Lords food and entertainment.. Great place to stay if you are going for concert at Stadium Bukit Jalil..

We were shocked that our room could be opened by other customers' room cards. We informed the front desk, but the front desk didn't seem to care, so we only told that it would not be opened.
