Nice Breakfast.

Good location

This hotel is within walking distance of Dragon Bridge, the night market, and also the beach in the opposite direction. The breakfast menu changed slightly even if you stayed multiple nights. There was also a doorman to guide you. This hotel is very satisfactory for the price.

This is a room that is not very comfortable to live in. This time I stayed in a connecting room. The room was very small and there was sand on the bed. The refrigerator was an old refrigerator with no refrigeration function. The counter explained that it must be placed It will take more than 5 hours to freeze, haha! We should be checking out by then. The weather is so hot and we can’t drink cold drinks. It’s really torture! The counter suggested that we put the things we want to be iced in their kitchen, but wouldn’t we have to bother them all the time when we want to eat or drink? well! This method is not easy either! It was time to get rid of the old refrigerator. When it came to the swimming pool, I was full of expectations for the endless swimming pool. However, after climbing the stairs to the second floor, what I saw seemed to be an abandoned swimming pool. It’s okay to be small, but it has a fake bar and flimsy floor tiles. The water in the pool didn't look very clean, which was really disappointing. Looking at the pool bar of the hotel next door, it was really a big difference. The only advantage is that the staff at the counter are very patient and nice, and the men who helped us carry our luggage are also very polite. It is recommended that the hotel owner should improve the facilities and not just rely on the service staff to support the scene. This will not last long. By the way, the advantage of the swimming pool is that it has a good view.

The hotel is next to the main road, easy to travel to, clean rooms, cool air conditioning, beautiful views.

The hotel is in a great location, about 1 km from the beach. The service staff is very enthusiastic and I was very happy to stay there. I searched the phone number for renting an electric scooter online and they helped me communicate. They sent the car to the hotel and returned it to the staff. For someone like me who doesn't understand Vietnamese and has limited English, I can only use translation software to ask them to help communicate. I was very happy!

Overall is ok.

Upon checking in, we were greeted by the manager, Bon, apparently they are under a new management, a new owner from USA, English was superb and explained everything we needed to know, gave us options for tours and where to go for sightseeing. He spent extra time with us to make sure that we fully understand all the options available. We really appreciate that.. they also change the pool hours from 7 PM to 10 PM for us. We enjoyed the bar and the sunset swim. Location is perfect for us and was easy to get to. They also provide airport pick up with a VIP sign. He mentioned they would be upgrading the rooms very shortly so we definitely have to be back and the breakfast was one of the better buffets I’ve seen so far with more western options. With custom made to order western meals they also have vegetarian options. Beds are comfortable and all the staff seams to be happy smiling.

Best value hotel during our stay in Vietnam. The rooms are very quiet, clean and comfortably equipped. It should be emphasized that the staff are very helpful: from friendly reception, assistance with renting motorbikes at reasonable prices to lots of advice for excursions around Da Nang, we were given excellent comprehensive care.

The hotel is near the Dragon Bridge, next to it there is also a mart, friendly staff, especially Hien, who is very fun to talk to and points out many entertainment spots in Da Nang. I will return to the hotel and recommend it to everyone. Everyone, thank you Hien and the entire hotel staff

This is the second time my family has visited Da Nang. But this is the first time staying at Sepon Blue hotel. The hotel has many advantages such as being located in a convenient location, mini mart next door, swimming pool, buffet breakfast, clean, airy rooms. Staff member Ms. Minh is very friendly. Next time my family will stop by again
