Top 5-Star Hotels in Da Nang

It is clean and standard like normal hotel-chain. Staffs are very polite. Hotel is clean got all you want. Compare other local rates 4-5 starts hotels, hotel chain means quality and you can trust to book. The high- light of this hotel is their breakfast. Been eat pho in Vietnam, real miss normal breakfast ( bread bacon avocado etc..). Hotel has many sections provide western / Asian / local food. Even has kids section with smiley face pancake.. coffee is okay there. It can hosting numbers of guests without very crowded… sitting surrounded with many plants separates each section. We booked a dinner combo, service and food is great.. the hygienic standard you can trust. Portion is big. They should promote dinner with booking deal, because it is cheap with beautiful river view.

Good location. Right at the beach. Near to restaurants, spa & massage parlours. We have the ocean front room. Great view of the sunrise and beach. I would open the balcony doors when in the room as I love hearing the sounds of the waves. I have a very relaxing stay here. I would have given 5 stars for all categories if the Staff could be more helpful. Probably restricted by the language use to communicate. Not a big issue😊

Altara Suits location is near the beach side and they have excellent apartments suits in which you can stay, the service is very good and the amenities in the room are excellent , it is also near from the street market so if you fancy a small walk it’s right around the corner.

Nice hotel located along the river with a mall beside it. We booked this as it's near the yearly fireworks festival. Hotel lobby was grand but this hotel is also popular among tour group so expect large crowd during breakfast and waiting for lift. my room

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality of the staff and the stunning view of the ocean from my room. Throughout my stay, I found the service to be exceptional, with every member of the team going above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed. While I was aware that Muong Thanh Luxury Da Nang Hotel has been around for some time, I found that the age of the hotel only added to its charm and character. The attention to detail in the design and decor was impressive, and I felt a sense of history and tradition that is often missing from newer hotels.

The facilities and service were top tier and we had so much fun staying at Hyatt. We definitely recommend this stay to anyone who plans on visiting Da Nang. All the staff were very friendly and helpful even when we didn’t request any help. Thank you so much for an unforgettable and wonderful four days! We stayed for 5 days by end Sept. The experience was amazing. Location at the mountain in front of the ocean. It’s good for relaxing. Resort provides free shuttle bus to downtown. They also have many activities in free of charges. We joined both yoga class and massage class, the coaches are professional. Breakfast - many choices, restaurants also at fair price & food is good ! The service is awesome! You would find that their smile from their heartfelt and they are motivated and enjoyable to work in here. Honestly speaking, the hotel charges is high but value for money!! I would highly recommend you come to experience this wonderful resort !

The PEOPLE! Everyone working at this hotel were very pleasant and helpful. Made the overall experience very enjoyable. The HOTEL! A newer hotel in a great location with amazing views.right across from the beach and very convenient to many walkable restaurants. Taxis were always available out front. We needed to extend our time in Da Nang for 5-days and booked this hotel literally last minute. It did not disappoint and the rooms were very comfortable. We had a two-bedroom and have plenty of space. Room was beautiful and well designed. No issues or complaints about the room. The SPA! The Spa had a 2 for 1 special that I took advantage of by getting the Vietnamese Bamboo 90-minute Massage and then the Hot-Stone 90-minute Massage. These were both AMAZING and the masseuse couldn't have been more friendly and wonderful. She was able to locate the pain points in my shoulder areas and focus on relieving the pain. Her name was Nhi, and I HIGHLY recommend her. The Restaurant and Bar were also very nice, although did not utilize them often. We had dinner the first night and we were the only people in the place. It was ok and the service was good. They were very pleasant and even brought our leftovers to our room for us. The bar on the top floor was great and had amazing views. Again, the staff were also very pleasant and attentive. Drink was great and the place was relaxing. I guess prior to me arriving there were over 30 guests from a tour group. Morning Breakfast was included and we took advantage of it every morning. This was very popular and they had a wide selection of food, fruit, juices and beverages. The staff would remember who I was and would ask if I would like another cafe sua da every morning. The breakfast was a great way to start the day. Both Western and Vietnamese food were available, with some items changing daily. Overall, the experience was great and I will definitely stay again when visiting. The only negative were the elevators. They have three elevators, and if you are needing one during a busy time, you could have a long wait. We experienced this one time when going to breakfast. As a note, there were many large tour groups staying at the same time we were, so they would utilize the elevators at the same time. Other minor touches: The front outside seating area is a nice space to enjoy. While out there one evening with my 2-year-old son, we were able to listen to the music across the street from a wedding. It was not obnoxious and was very enjoyable. I would also take my son for walks down the sidewalk across the street along the beach. He loved this and it was very convenient and enjoyable. I am terrible with remembering names and cannot think of everyone to recognize for being so wonderful and EVERYONE was great! Highly Recommend!

First day, the hair dryer is not hot and I requested them to send a moveable dryer and they sent someone to repair the hair dryer. By the time the person fix it my hair was dried. Second day, I was so disappointed as after I showered and I wish to use air dryer and the hair dryer totally not working and I need to call them again. They sent someone to change a new one at last!
