It is clean and standard like normal hotel-chain. Staffs are very polite. Hotel is clean got all you want. Compare other local rates 4-5 starts hotels, hotel chain means quality and you can trust to book. The high- light of this hotel is their breakfast. Been eat pho in Vietnam, real miss normal breakfast ( bread bacon avocado etc..). Hotel has many sections provide western / Asian / local food. Even has kids section with smiley face pancake.. coffee is okay there. It can hosting numbers of guests without very crowded… sitting surrounded with many plants separates each section. We booked a dinner combo, service and food is great.. the hygienic standard you can trust. Portion is big. They should promote dinner with booking deal, because it is cheap with beautiful river view.

Altara Suits location is near the beach side and they have excellent apartments suits in which you can stay, the service is very good and the amenities in the room are excellent , it is also near from the street market so if you fancy a small walk it’s right around the corner.

This hotel is in between Da Nang's International Airport and Dragon's Bridge. We like it that it's especially close to the Han River because we can get a good view from the hotel's bar and were treated to Fireworks due to Da Nang hosting the International Fireworks festival. The hotel's service was wonderfully hospitable, where we were greeted with chilled lemongrass drink and cold towels to refresh us amidst the afternoon heat. Breakfast spread was satisfying - only we had Vietnamese food, there were other international dishes such as Korean and Indian. The bed was comfortable, but the pillow was too soft for me. Gym was small but had the basic essential equipment to fulfil my cardio and weight training. I wouldn't mind returning to this hotel for a 1 night stay.

I was very very happy with this hotel. Every one of the staff were very friendly polite knowledgeable with a professional attitude and will to serve us in everyway possible. I can only say that I was very happy with my stay. Oh and the breakfast served was excellent.

The facilities and service were top tier and we had so much fun staying at Hyatt. We definitely recommend this stay to anyone who plans on visiting Da Nang. All the staff were very friendly and helpful even when we didn’t request any help. Thank you so much for an unforgettable and wonderful four days! Good hotel with cheap price as compare with surrounding hotels. The price is very attractive considering that the hotel has just renovated and rejuvenated in 2023. After the renovation, the standard has gone up many notches. The hotel location is on one of the busiest street and within walking distance to My Khe beach. Also very near to the city and Han river. There is two swimming pools at the top floor which also gives you an open beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding city nights light. These makes for good instagrammable background photos. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. It would helps in communication if you could use Google translate to Vietnamese to communicate with them. The front desk and receptionist can communicate in English and the bell hop can communicate with a bit of Chinese. The hotel also can arranges and provides tour bookings to all the tourist attractions as well as transportation booking, which would be helpful for non-local tourists. Laundry service is available and good. The clothes when collected before 9.00 am in morning, it will be sent back to your room in the evening. Buffet breakfast for two is included in the hotel rates and the food is good.

The PEOPLE! Everyone working at this hotel were very pleasant and helpful. Made the overall experience very enjoyable. The HOTEL! A newer hotel in a great location with amazing views.right across from the beach and very convenient to many walkable restaurants. Taxis were always available out front. We needed to extend our time in Da Nang for 5-days and booked this hotel literally last minute. It did not disappoint and the rooms were very comfortable. We had a two-bedroom and have plenty of space. Room was beautiful and well designed. No issues or complaints about the room. The SPA! The Spa had a 2 for 1 special that I took advantage of by getting the Vietnamese Bamboo 90-minute Massage and then the Hot-Stone 90-minute Massage. These were both AMAZING and the masseuse couldn't have been more friendly and wonderful. She was able to locate the pain points in my shoulder areas and focus on relieving the pain. Her name was Nhi, and I HIGHLY recommend her. The Restaurant and Bar were also very nice, although did not utilize them often. We had dinner the first night and we were the only people in the place. It was ok and the service was good. They were very pleasant and even brought our leftovers to our room for us. The bar on the top floor was great and had amazing views. Again, the staff were also very pleasant and attentive. Drink was great and the place was relaxing. I guess prior to me arriving there were over 30 guests from a tour group. Morning Breakfast was included and we took advantage of it every morning. This was very popular and they had a wide selection of food, fruit, juices and beverages. The staff would remember who I was and would ask if I would like another cafe sua da every morning. The breakfast was a great way to start the day. Both Western and Vietnamese food were available, with some items changing daily. Overall, the experience was great and I will definitely stay again when visiting. The only negative were the elevators. They have three elevators, and if you are needing one during a busy time, you could have a long wait. We experienced this one time when going to breakfast. As a note, there were many large tour groups staying at the same time we were, so they would utilize the elevators at the same time. Other minor touches: The front outside seating area is a nice space to enjoy. While out there one evening with my 2-year-old son, we were able to listen to the music across the street from a wedding. It was not obnoxious and was very enjoyable. I would also take my son for walks down the sidewalk across the street along the beach. He loved this and it was very convenient and enjoyable. I am terrible with remembering names and cannot think of everyone to recognize for being so wonderful and EVERYONE was great! Highly Recommend!

My wife and I went on my honeymoon in DN and chose CN Palace as a place to preserve memories. Very nice hotel. We really liked the room and the view here looked very chill in the evening. The hotel is also near the dragon bridge, so I was admired the fireworks bridge in DN. Waoo is super beautiful lun. Really a great trip. Next time I celebrate my wedding day, I will come back here

The hotel is very bright and clean the front desk service is friendly and helpful. The room is very comfortable and the breakfast is also very nice. It's the first choice for check-in.

This is hands down one of the most picturesque place in Da Nang. The hotel is located in the top of the mountain, to which you get by 20 minutes cable car. The atmosphere is unique and different as the architecture of the place copies the streets of Paris. The castles impress with their looks, but they have nothing to offer inside 😞 However the place is beautiful, the location is not convenient at all. It's good for staying 2 days maximum. But, if you are a golfer tlwho came to play in Ba Na Hills Golf course, you will struggle with getting to and back from there. And if you play in the afternoon, make sure to eat at the club hous and be back to the limited evening cable cars to get up to the hotel. Majority of the restaurants have limited hours for serving food, and you need to make sure to plan your dinners. The staff is great though and very helpful! They help you with all you need, but they don't speak much of English .
