Dalat City Center
The trouble with Da Lat is that it seems to have more hotels than visitors – so we were among only a handful of guests staying at this hotel which had a grand and cavernous lobby. We booked our accommodation in advance, but on arrival and much to our surprise, we were shown to a twin room that was windowless. We were less than happy about this, and when we questioned it we were offered a better room with quite a pleasant view over some local back gardens. Breakfast on the top floor was nothing special, but the room offered some great views across the city. However, a large television played an endless video loop about the hotel with the most dreadful music accompanying it. It must drive the staff mad, but they seemed impervious to it. Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. The nights were cold and the room had no heating, so we asked for extra bed covers which were quickly provided. All in all, a merely average experience.
Nature Hotel - Nam Ky Khoi Nghia

Dalat City Center
The hotel is near Da Lat Market, very convenient for walking to the night market at night to play and eat. Near the hotel, there are many places to rent cheap motorbikes from 70k-80k for manual transmission, 100k for automatic transmission (renting through the hotel is a bit higher). The hotel's parking space is spacious, however, the elevator is a bit small and the elevator floor is a bit lower, so if you don't pay attention, you will miss your step or if you are dragging a suitcase, be careful. The room block feels unrelated to the reception area (it seems like 2 houses combined). The room is spacious, I booked a room with 1 double bed but got a room with 2 double beds. The soundproofing is not good, when I took a nap at noon, the hotel staff cleaned the room next door and this side heard everything. Check out is free until 13:00, if it is 15:00, there is a surcharge of 30%.

They were clean and friendly. There were a lot of accommodations available like rental bikes and personal shuttles to and from the airport for cheap. The location is good too. It’s about a 10 min walk to the Dalat Night Market.

The hotel is located in the newly built hotel area on Nam Ky Khoi Nghia street, quite close if moving to Xuan Huong Lake and Night Market. The room is relatively good but not true to the 3-star standard. Soft bed, good soundproof room, enthusiastic cheerful staff, parking in the basement is quite convenient. However, the breakfast buffet has few dishes and is quite simple but acceptable.
Hostel-John Cafe and Beer

I booked a dormitory bed. Check on at 14:00 but John allowed me to keep my bags in front of the reception. The location is ok, there is laundry on the right side of the hostel around 200m. They provide hairdryer and clean towel. The bathroom is clean, they also provide shower gel with shampoo. They also have common space at the first floor. Negative: the dormitory is not a room, the is no door. So anyone can come and go.. the is no personal locker. The overall hostel conditions is not ‘tidy’ as they having renovations on going. I didn’t get any sleep because the other guests are coming in and out, walking, talking on the phone, there is also weird ‘slapping’ sound at 5am for 10-15 minutes (i have no idea what that was) all this noisy are at 2-5 in the morning. The person staying next to my bed came back at 3am.. they absolutely don’t know how to do things quietly. Maybe the owner should remind the guests during checkin. Given the price, its still ok. So, if you want a good sleep, book the private room instead.
The Orchid Villa Dalat
4.5/52 Reviews
The homestay is deep in a small alley, but drivers can find it. Dalat itself is not big and taxis are not expensive. The little service girls were very friendly and enthusiastic, and gave us a lot of suggestions for eating, drinking, and having fun. The breakfast was ordered the night before. Although there are not many choices, it is very delicious and hygienic. The last thing is to make egg fried rice at our request. The room is quite big, the bathroom is also big, living comfortably
