Hotels Near Madame De Dalat in Dalat

Good points: 1. Location: Close to the city centre but at the same quiet at night. 10 mins walk to the night market. Close to many restaurants and shops. 2. Friendly staff 3. Very clean. 4. Think blanket is provided as Da Lat is pretty cold at night. 5. Every bed gets its own light, two power points and a long shelf. 6. Get a nice view from the balcony. 7. Room is spacious and bed is comfy. 8. Nice design. Bad Points: 1. No separation of shower and toilet. The toilet all turns wet after shower. 2. The rubbish bin in the WC should be cleaned everyday as the toilet paper cannot be thrown into the toilet bowl. 3. Security : The use of ”key” for the elevator is quite stupid for the dorm room. First of all, all of the dorm rooms are not locked and can be easily accessed by the outsiders by using the stairs. So, actually the dorm rooms are not secured at all. But, at the same time, the hostel add a ”security system” for the elevator where the key card for the elevator can only access to the ground floor and the floor you lived in. This means you need a ”key card” whenever you need to go to your dorm room/go down (but at the same time the dorm rooms are actually not secured) which makes it inconvenience to me . So, I suggest either remove the key card system for the elevator, or add the key card security system directly on the room of the dorm room. 4. The room is very dark at night. 5. It will be great if the they get egg option for their breakfast.

The garden was decorated so beautifully, the breakfast the next day was so delicious, and the staff was so kind and helpful when I went back to Nha Trang, so I took a van back to Nha Trang. My suitcase was very heavy on the way back. It was a memorable act of kindness from the staff who kept listening to me. It's quiet so it's a great place to stay.

The hotel staff will carry your suitcase to your room. They also provide explanations on how to use the room facilities. I was assigned to the 3rd floor, and the room and bathroom had large windows and doors. You can see a panoramic view and the feeling of openness is the best. Highly recommended for those who like big windows! I can hear the gusts of wind and the sound of roosters crowing at dawn. (Please note this if you are sensitive to sound) Since it's newly built, it's clean and especially has a view of the restaurant where you eat breakfast. It's the best!!! Open on three sides! The rice noodles were also very delicious. Especially the chicken! Fruits such as mango and dragon fruit are also fresh. It would be great if you want to relax while eating breakfast ^^

The location is excellent. The staff are friendly. The cons is its small size of toilet. There is not much room to turn around once inside and it’ll be a disaster for overweight guests. Its design of two sliding doors closing at the diagonal point is not admirable and the sliding doors hardly close! The worst part? The bathroom light beams thru the glass door (though designed blurred) separating it and the bedroom!! Maybe good for one person but definitely no no for 2 to share! Hesitate to come back.

Hotel is centrally located, close to everything you need, including the night market. The hotel itself is clean and and beds are comfortable. The buffet has a variety of Vietnamese and continental food, fruits, and drinks - all very delicious. The staff are very polite and helpful. Tuyen, the reception supervisor was exceptionally helpful when i made a mistake with booking my flight and she was able to sort it out for me last minute, going above and beyond.

Overall, the staff is welcoming. At the beginning, a situation arose that I booked a room with a window, but received one without a window. But the guys corrected the situation the next day and overall, the hotel is very pleasant. There are questions about cleanliness - there are a lot of ants and cockroaches, but Asia is already full of that

The hotel has only been in operation for 1 week, it will be 4 months before it opens. The lobby and garden are poorly decorated, the parking garage is unfinished and you have to park on the street. When it rains, it's inconvenient to pick up your car. The hotel is quite small compared to 5-star standards. Need more console tables in the lobby of each floor to reduce the cold emptiness. Location near the lake, square and Go supermarket. However, the hotel's scale is too small and there are not many convenient entertainment services. Only worth 4 stars.

Very nice brand new hotel with very elegant fascia and decorations. All staffs are very nice and attention to details (from the front desk receptionists to very down to earth General Manger Mr. Le). The hotel offers very nice breakfast with so many options to choose to suit any tastes, however the coffee (already made in a pot which was not hot and not fresh) is well below par and certainly can be improved with at least one or two coffee machines similar to other 5-star hotels. The 25m swimming pool is very clean and warm, however be careful as it is slippery. The Spa which offers both hot and steam sauna as well as excellent masseurs is highly recommended. The room rate is very competitive. We definitely will be back!

DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESORT FOR THEIR EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE AND BAD ATTITUDE OF TEAM MEMBERS!!! Our family arrived on Feb 2, 2023 at 14h35 for check in and no room available!!! They asked us to WAIT (for 2 more hours) !!! And the worse thing is the attitude of the receptionists. We made 2 bookings for our family: • 1 booking they made wrong assigment: twin beds instead of double bed. Firstly they said it's our mistake and didnot listen to us at all. Only when we raised our voice and showed them our confirmation that they told us to WAIT 2 MORE HOURS FOR ROOM SET UP (It means we needed to wait until 4PM meanwhile the standard check in time is 2pm and its their mistake and even after we told that we're so tired after 7 hours driving here). • The another room we had requested the villa number when booking, and ordered joining twin beds. No room's ready at 2:40. No sorry but ”Wait”! We show our disappoinment of course. Then around 3.30PM they had room for us BUT IT'S WRONG ASSIGNMENT AGAIN! (We booked joining twin beds and they gave us only one 1.6m double bed! How can our Family of 4 sleep on that bed??) I said I want to talk with Manager( FOM or GM) as the Guest service Sup couldn't handle our case properly. We gave him our my phone numbers and he promised that his higher manager will be reported and talk with us. And up to now when i write this review (22:30), no one even care to keep their promise!! In the afternoon, they sent 1 plate of fruits to our room without saying any words or leaving any note (?). I did ask the receptionist, Mr Vinh said (with bad attitude): the hotel would like to offer us. I said ”I dont need it”. And he responded to me : ”if you dont want it, you just put it out of your room”. What kind of hospitality it is? THERE IS NO TRUE APOLOGY FROM THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT, Or it made me even feel THERE IS NO MANAGEMENT in this resort. No guest service attitude at all !!! In addition, the room got a lot of troubles : bathroom door cannot be closed properly (villa L3...), bathroom water is very weak and hot water comes suddenly; staff promised to order tuk tuk for her but it took more than 20 minues for that until I called again for that... Overall, we would NEVER COME BACK and highly recommend anyone who wants to come to re-consider!!! This resort really nice and beautiful, I will back if I have change to there!!! one minus point for hairdryer can not move out of bathroom, need to standup for dry your hair too long! Only that, everything is excellent!!! The price is really good for the meal, fruit, services in the wonderful place! Thank you service team!
