Simple things became big things. They couldn’t find our reservation and even after we showed them on trip.com and sent them booking numbers it just seemed too hard. They sent our “welcome fruit” on the night before we were leaving (4night stay). It was just a difficult place to get the simplest things. I hope they can look at the way they work and become a better place to stay.
