Hotels Near Kozmik in Dali

I stayed an extra night due to train conflicts and the lovely staff helped me to figure out my train to the next district. They were gracious to help with the taxi and negotiating the fare to the train station. We walked together to the intersection and they sent messages by text to remind me what to tell the driver. I am very grateful👍❤️🌸

The location is excellent, Foreigner Street is right at the back door of the hotel. The surrounding facilities are very convenient, including food, drink and entertainment. Parking at the hotel is convenient and there are plenty of parking spaces. Breakfast is very rich. The price is slightly expensive, recommended

This was by far our best accommodation in our 10 days in Yunnan. What made our stay truly special was the warmth and kindness of the boss. Being foreigners, we needed advice on how to book stuff, places to eat etc and the boss was there to help us every step of the way. He helped us to reserve a private car for a day’s tour around Erhai Lake for a very reasonable price, woke up early to bring us to the meeting point, and gave us bottles of water to bring along. During our stay in Dali, he regularly updated us through WeChat on potential changes in the weather and sent us kind reminders (e.g. reapply sunblock due to strong UV rays, to bring our umbrella and sweater out) which put a smile on our faces. On the last day, he woke up early just to help us with our luggage to the main road. Also, no worries if you can’t speak mandarin! WeChat has a translate function which is very helpful :) The inn is beautiful and its location is excellent - right in the middle of the old town, yet very quiet at night. Our room was newly renovated, very spacious and very clean. The water pressure was great and the toilet bowl had a bidet function. The AC worked well during our stay as well. Would highly recommend this inn for your stay in Dali!

Youjian Forest Inn has a very nice environment. It is a small courtyard with Bai ethnic characteristics. As soon as you enter the courtyard, you will see flowers and trees 🌲birds singing and flowers blooming, which makes people feel relaxed! The inn is only a few hundred meters away from the ancient city of Dali. It is convenient to travel. The store also provides car charter services around the sea and surrounding scenic spots. I made an appointment for a car charter service around the sea in the store after being recommended by the store. I was very satisfied with the service of the butler and teacher. The team butler, Master Xiao Yang, is a local in Dali. He explained the local customs, people, scenic spots and attractions along the way. I followed Master Xiao Yang to travel easily along the way. Master Xiao Yang successfully helped me avoid pitfalls. The master arranged the route tours very reasonably, avoiding some unnecessary consumption and some commercial focuses. There are many niche check-in points along the way, and the scenery is beautiful. The overall travel experience is very satisfactory. I will choose it next time I come again, and I will also recommend my relatives and friends to check in. Lovely hotel in an incredible location. Modern rooms, which were clean and well decorated. I am unsure on the amenities, as I didn't really see any. This is almost certainly due to the language barrier where my Chinese is non existent and the receptionists English was basic. Only real down marks are that upon checking in they didn't have somebody there to process my passport. Nor when I came back from dinner, so I was disturbed at 23.30 to give passport details. There was also noone there to checkout at 7.30am so I just left my keycard and hoped.

I stayed there for one night so I didn't take many photos of the B&B environment because I was in a hurry to see Erhai Lake. But the B&B environment is good. I heard from the owner that if the weather is good, you can see Cangshan Mountain from the top of the building. If you come when the weather is good, the owner is also very nice. I believe you will have a happy trip to Dali. I like the breakfast they prepare! It's very good! Youtiao is also very popular in Dali Ancient City. Extraordinary Youtiao~

The hotels location, facilities and services are great. Hotel located near the South Gate of Dali Ancient Town & it is very convenient to go around for sightseeing & enjoying various local foods. Room is beautiful & well-decorated, compliment by a fabolous outdoor garden. Staffs are very friendly and supportive for our needs. I have a good stay at this hotel and I will surely recommend THE ONE for whoever travel to Dali

Recommended by a friend, it is in an alley more than 100 meters outside the entrance of the ancient city. It is very quiet and has excellent service. The daily breakfast and afternoon tea are also very good. The service attitude is also very good. Several girls are very cute and very considerate to help carry luggage. The hotel combs, large bath towels, and slippers can be taken away, which I like very much. Most importantly, the top floor is a great place for taking pictures. I took a lot of beautiful photos there on the first day. I will definitely go there next time. 超乎預料的好，雖然酒店整體設施有點老化，保養的也不是很好（聽説9月要裝修了）但是！服務特別好。酒店在大理古城北門，酒店門口就可以遙望三聖塔，但很安靜，完全不會有遊客吵鬧聲。酒店特色的專車服務（預訂的時候要看清楚帶不帶哦）特別貼心，車隊楊磊、丁寧很熱情，服務很好，帶着我們到處跑，推薦的路線也很合適，這趟大理之行託這個專車服務的福，在交通上安逸得很，一點都不用操心！入住前一天就會提前加微信，管家服務很到位，有問必答，就算是晚上1點多都可以！前台小李特別好～半夜有需要都可以很快送物品過來（酒店很大，距離超遠噠）。 入住體驗特別好，下次再來🤣🤣

We had difficulties finding the hotel because it was quite hidden and the sign was not lighted up after certain time at night (we arrived in Dali quite late). Luckily a person helped us to find it. The check in process was swift. The room was quite big with all basic amenities provided including bath towel. I do not have any photos to show but it was a standard modern hotel room. The receptionist was very friendly and could recommend you places to visit in Dali. They did not know English so you have to use translation app. Recommended to stay if you are on budget.
