Overall it’s a good experiences, Guest Relations team proactively recovered my bad experiences when we had the breakfast and extend the check out till 2pm with some amenities and fruits delivery. Buffet restaurant definitely need more trainings about how to bring more efficient during the peak hours but service staff attitude are very positive. Breakfast food is ok. Facilities are quite new and well maintained - reception helped to upgrade my rooms as we traveled together and arrange properly. Except the elevator which is quite odd that you have to take excessive steps to lobby. Location is good near the bottom of the ErHai having a great seat view but if you want to go to the ancient city or some ancient towns to the west of the sea you’d better have a car or you have drivers.

The hotel overall is good and not too expensive for Dali. The view from the hotel over-looking the lake is great. If I was coming to Dali again I would stay closer to the ancient town but this isn’t a bad location. The room we stayed in was a lake view room that is right next to the road which was really busy all day. The curtains were super blackout so we had a really good nights sleep.

It is located in the center of the city, very close to major attractions and business districts, within walking distance to the subway station, and very convenient for public transportation. This saves a lot of time and energy for us tourists. Secondly, the hotel's facilities and services are also impressive. The air conditioner in the room is very effective, the cooling effect is obvious and the noise is extremely low, allowing us to enjoy a comfortable accommodation experience in the hot summer. At the same time, the sound insulation effect of the hotel is also very good, even in the bustling city center, we can have a quiet night. In terms of sanitation, the hotel is kept very clean, whether it is the sanitation of the room or the sanitation of the public areas, it is very good. Our group is very satisfied with the sanitation of the hotel. In addition, the hotel also provides convenient parking services. Although the surrounding parking spaces are limited, the hotel still tries its best to meet our parking needs, so that we don't need to worry about parking problems. Last but not least, the hotel's network is very stable and fast, allowing us to easily complete work or enjoy entertainment while traveling. In general, the performance of this five-star hotel is very good. We are very satisfied in terms of location, facilities and services, and hygienic conditions. This should be the best hotel in Dali. But it's because of the very personal service that the concierge gave. Coco went way beyond her responsibilities to meet our requests and even offer more than what we asked for. She always reponded to our weChat text very quickly. Coco really deserves to be rewarded. It reflects a good culture in the hotel as other staff are also very helpful. It really made our stay in Dali memorable. Location of the hotel is also very good; just opposite the cruise terminal and a short walk to many restaurants. The view of the lake from the room is really nice. Breakfast is also good and extensive. If I ever visit Dali again, I will surely stay at Pullman again, and look for Coco.

Pusu is so beautiful in every way! It’s located right next to Erhai lake, spacious outdoor decking area, to enjoy the view. A lovely lobby, delicious breakfast and afternoon tea. Their rooms are clean and quiet. Pusu team is amazing. All the staff are friendly and attentive throughout the entire trip. Travelled with mum and dad, we had a wonderful stay. Special thanks to Xiao Luo, 小罗 our butler. He took good care of us. Definitely a 5 star experience. Highly recommended.

Lovely hotel located in a quiet alley. The staff are really friendly and helpful. I reached early and they were helpful in arranging for a room for me to check into. I did notice ants crawling on the headboard, and the toilet was not flushed. My room was on the 1st floor and both mornings I was awakened by loud voices from other guests. This is also about 1km walk to the center of the old town - manageable for me since there’s plenty to look at. Overall a good stay for the price paid.

Very nice B&B, the owner is very nice. Sleep is really the most important thing when you go out to play. I am more particular about my bed, but the mattress here is really comfortable, the bedding is also great, and the pillow height is just right. The room faces Erhai Lake, and you can see the sunrise when you open the curtains in the morning. The room is very clean and refreshing. The stay experience is very good. I will definitely come again next time!

We enjoyed our stay here. It was in the quiet part of the old town and close to the road where you could get a taxi out. Very convenient. Service was also great and the staff helped us out with some challenges we had with the Chinese online booking systems eg for train tickets. The soundproofing didn’t bother us so much as it was low season so not a lot of noise. The only tiny thing was that there were ants in the room so you couldn’t leave food lying around and had to be careful where you left your belongings.

This hotel is a relaxing oasis just off the bustling streets of the ancient town. The location was perfect to walk everywhere and the hotel itself was really lovely, homely and uniquely laid out, all the rooms seemed to be a little different and had their own delightful particularities. The owners were super helpful and accommodating, even giving us a free room upgrade (comfiest bed I’ve slept in in a while!) and helping out with finding us places to covid test and answering any questions we had about the town. We ended up spending quite a bit of time at the pool because the atmosphere was so relaxing and we even made friends with the hotel dog ‘General’. A great place to experience Dali from!
