Perfect place for a solo trip . I enjoyed my stay and the hotel is clean .

Nice Hotel. Good Location for a weekend trip to Dalian. Breakfast includes Chinese and western food. We will come back.

Sorry, but the hotel doesn't worth the price. The location is not good at all,(no markets or cafes around, hard to find taxi, and you need to for Didi taxi like forever) the amenities are starting to be outdated (the faucet in the bathroom leaked badly, the iron cord was not from a 4-star hotel, the breakfast is unreasonably pricy). Oh, the wifi is not working normally as well

The room was clean and neat. I had a wonderful swim and visited their gym. I returned to my room and had a bath. All the amenities required of an end to a perfect day. The breakfast had so many choices and the food was delicious.

The first room was smelly as old tobacco shop, and the second room was too hot to sleep comfortable, the fact that i cannot open the window, make impossible to chill down the temperature in the room SR

Very nice experience staying in his hotel but the only issue for now is that this is in a “newly” developed area and hence there is little options of local eateries within walking distance. Overall still recommended if you don’t mind taking a taxi, which is cheap in China.

This was my first experience to stay on this hotel, i just checked out hotel today and until now (it has been 2 hours and more i haven't received my deposit back) i called customer service 3 times and they are so busy, they cannot handle it fast, this kind of service is so bad, why they hold my deposit so long, i don't know the reason At first i arrived at hotel, they provided us room which has bad smell (like no one ever stays in the room) ,then they changed the room to other room I found pillow in the room is kind of pillow for hotel with 2 star instead of 5 star, really not comfortable, then the dust under the bed and sofa, it is really dirty like they never clean dust under the bed and sofa Those all my concern, and i think i will not come back to this hotel ever again and will not recommend to my friend

We had a good stay at the hotel. The breakfast is Western and Chinese, however the Western food was ice cold. The view from our room was beautiful! There was some nail clippings on the floor, other than that the room was clean and good.

I’ve stayed in a few Hilton Hotels In my experience, Dalian Hilton is very Normal. I went to celebrate my 6th Wedding Anniversary. The trip started with a bad check-in to the hotel where I had to drag all my luggage to the room, there was no one to assist me to find my room or someone to explain to me where my room was located. I had to search for my room myself dragging all my stuff. I asked the front desk for some help. Later I complained and the front desk apologize and send us a fruit plate. The room was nice good not 5-star level maintained. Lack of Amenities very few not all were in the room. Some services were provided in Conrad like swimming pool breakfast. No in-house entertainment for guests. The breakfast service was very good. Excellent staff and guest relations. Not too many but great choices of Western and Chinese dishes. Hats off to the chef. In conclusion, it’s was a good stay. This hotel needs to improve Guest relations and have some in-house entertainment for the guest.
