Good view!

Great location with easy access to everything, how room was bit smell from smoke or cigarette.

The place is not too far from the Dong Hai station, the exit C has an elevator. The room has everything we need, included the washing machine. And it's big enough for 4 people. The staffs are very nice, they all have serviced mind. We stayed here for 5 nights and had very good sleep.

Location is a little far from the city, there's nothing in Vernice water town. I went there in November. Everything there is closed. There's no water inside the Vernice town. 😂 Location wise it's not reall great. But overall everything is ok.

Service: They called me right after I booked the room and asked me to ask if there was a room before I arrived. I sent a message on the high-speed train, but they didn't reply until I arrived. There was no point in adding me on WeChat! Then there was the cleaning. I stayed for two days, so it was normal to prepare toiletries for one day. It was normal for me to ask for cleaning and replenishing toiletries! But they promised it, but they didn't do it! They said the cleaning staff was negligent! Did I communicate directly with the cleaning staff? Wasn't it through the front desk? Shouldn't the front desk follow up? There is no unified standard or follow-up for how many rooms need to be cleaned every day? They said they would clean after 2 o'clock, but I went back around 2.30, and they didn't clean. I thought I would take a rest and come before going out at night! ? They didn't come, and they didn't reply to WeChat! I went back after 9 o'clock, and it was still not done. What's the point of cleaning at that time? I left after waking up! Maybe they don't care about the feelings of the guests in this room! In short, it was a very bad experience!

The room was unexpectedly clean, well-equipped, and convenient for travel. The bus and subway stations are very close, and it is also convenient for eating and shopping! The service is thoughtful. I couldn't find the room card in the middle of the night, and the boss delivered it quickly. Thank you very much! It is very close to Haizhiyun, Bangchuidao, Venice Water City, and Music Fountain! You can feed the seagulls, the children like it, very satisfied! I will stay here again next time I come to Dalian!

The room is very big, with two 180cm beds, warm service from the waiter, convenient transportation, and Venice is just around the corner. The night view is really beautiful. You can reach the beach right outside.

The hotel is clean, well-equipped, and you can cook your own meals. The ladies at the front desk are very welcoming and pretty. There are property management staff at the door, which makes you feel safe. The hotel is very close to the beach, just a 10-minute walk away. It is very comfortable to enjoy the evening breeze. There is a barbecue stall downstairs. It is a good choice!

Sincere evaluation, really good, super cost-effective, it is only a ten-minute walk to the coastal plank road, there are many seagulls, you can feed them, be careful not to wear beautiful skirts too close to the seagulls, it is easy to be pulled on, go to see the sunset is simply too beautiful, mainly the room facilities are all available, you can also rent cookers, especially suitable for parent-child travel, the room we live in is a suite, just like your own home, especially at night when sleeping, it is very quiet, not noisy at all, the customer service lady is also very gentle, responsive, this trip did not have high hopes for the homestay, the result was beyond my expectation, the whole family lived very comfortably, if I come to Dalian next time, I will definitely choose here, thanks to all the staff, friends from Changchun City, Jilin Province, I wish you all a happy trip.

Personally, I think this internet celebrity design is also amazing. 😂 Maybe I don’t know how to appreciate it. There is no window or air conditioning in the living room. The seat is not very convenient, it is still 1.5 kilometers away from Venice Water City. This experience was not good.
