Large fenced car park free to guests attached to the hotel. Really nice welcome upon arrival, and great to find the bar available as we were ready for a drink after our travels. Rooms typical Ibis, compact but with everything you need, comfortable bed, clean and well maintained. Our only negatives with the room was probably the decor and carpet which was extremely dark together with the towels which were very thin and had seen better days. The carpet had a black background with yellow pattern, which made it very difficult to see anything that was dropped and made the room very dark. Breakfast was typical Ibis continental with coffee, orange juice, pastries etc. but was included in our room rate so no complaints. As the hotel is pretty remote and little else to choose from to eat out we decided to eat in on both nights. The food choice was fairly limited but was OK, well cooked and reasonably priced. We booked this hotel as we were visiting the Palace de Versailles. Although it is 3 miles (5km) away it is an easy pretty level straight walk which takes about an hour, but suited us perfectly as we enjoy walking. Alternatively there is a bus stop on the main road about 100 yards away from the hotel and it is an easy drive by car. All the team we spoke to and met during our stay were very helpful and friendly.

I was given a smoking room on the second floor despite the non-smoking preference. The room was spartan and the furniture was worn. There was rubbish under the washbasin, the pillows smelled of sweat and the mattress was sagging. The window looked directly onto a motorway. You had the choice between ventilation or traffic noise. The service staff was friendly and tried hard (No everyone was able to speak English). On the third day we got an alternative room on the fourth floor which was ok! Breakfast was good! The breakfast room was undersized for the number of hotel guests room for 20 people, but in the period 07-08.00 o'clock there were twice as many people in the room. Not so nice after 2 years of Corona...

Exceptionally good value for money and the room was clean, everything worked as it should. Location was perfect as we had visited Versailles Palace during the day and only wanted somewhere to sleep before continuing our trip to the Loire. We also found a supermarket close and right next door a regional restaurant ( we didn't use) Ample parking, free good wifi.. Couple of negatives, reception spoke very little English and was not helpful, the room had a awful tobacco smell, that seemed to be impregnated into everything, we do not smoke so wasn't pleasant.

Stayed here on a trip with EF Tours. The room stunk like poo from the moment we arrived. Did not bother complaining since this hotel did have hot water the first night we were there unlike the hotel outside London. We did have a nice window that opened to the street which we used to get fresh air. There was a mini kitchen that we did not really use. Mattress and pillow were the most comfortable we had for the entire trip with EF Tours. Breakfast was provided in a room that was not large enough for our party. Chocolate filled croissants were great. Could stay here again if the room did not smell.

The apartment had a dirty mock, the pad was sticky, the pad was not completely empty, a lot of dust on the furniture (table feet, and chairs, TV), there was a missing pad, badly soundless apartment: The apartment was located in the garden floor, under the foot floor. A wheelchair could have been installed for more safety at this level. The aspirator was full, with moisi the residence is still quite newly accurate reception without any more a grilled ampoule that was changed in the day: Thanks to the maintenance agent

GGuest UserIt's a great location minutes from Versailles Chateau. Very comfortable bed. Nice bathroom and private separate toilet room. Carpeting is a bit old and only one elevator worked in the hotel. The other was broken for our 3 day stay. Breakfast buffet was just okay but some mornings no eggs or even water. When we checked in at 9 pm in the eve, there were no tables at the restaurant. The front desk said my wife and I could eat with a more limited menu at the lobby bar. We took his advice and the bar server said there's no food service in the bar area. He suggested room service. We called room service from our room and was told there's no food left for a club sandwich. We were told 20 minutes for a cheese plate and it came in over 45 minutes. The hotel is adequate and acceptable but 3 stars is generous. No concierge. When we asked for any advice (like Catholic Mass times) they said ”just go there”. Any interaction with the front desk staff felt like we were imposing on their time. Disclaimer: My wife and I have been traveling for 6 weeks throughout Spain and Portugal in all 5 star hotels.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo hotel almeno 7 volte negli ultimi anni, poi, causa Covid, per 3 anni non ci siamo più andati, sino ad oggi, 29 luglio 2022. Se prima era un piacere soggiornarvi, ora è un disastro. La struttura è sporca, polvere, ragnatele, insetti, addirittura mutande dell'ospite precedente. Wc rotto, maniglia del bagno rotta, asta tapparelle rotta, spazzola wc e asciugamani x doccia assenti, lenzuola macchiate. Pagato 75 euro a testa senza colazione e oltre a trovare questo schifo, il ristorante era chiuso, il personale svogliato, i tavoli all'esterno sporchi. Insomma, una vera delusione, uno schifo unico, sicuramente non ci ritorneremo.

GGuest UserJ'ai dormi dans cet appart hôtel le 14 février 2023, avec mon fils de 8 ans. Très bien situé par rapport au château et assez fonctionnel. Cependant j'ai été très déçue et dégoutée de l'odeur dans la chambre.. Odeur de moisi, humidité ou égout, on ne sait pas trop.. Chambre 41 au 4ème étage à éviter. J'ai envoyé une réclamation par mail après avoir signalé ce problème à la réception, car la télécommande de la télé ne fonctionnait pas vraiment, certaines chaînes TV non plus.. Bref, 106 euros la nuit à respirer je ne sais quoi.. Une responsable m'a appelée suite à mon mail.. Me proposant.... Attention roulement de tambour... UNE BOÎTE DE CHOCOLATS EN DÉDOMMAGEMENT !! Ou une réduction sur une prochaine visite, alors que je suis sûre de ne pas y retourner.. Le pire étant que d'autres avis sont similaires au mien concernant les odeurs, aux mêmes dates et antérieurs... Pourtant la responsable m'a dit que le problème avait été réglé il y a quelques mois. Donc sachez que vous risquez de tomber dans une chambre où clairement ça sentira très mauvais.. Et qu'aucun dédommagement ne vous sera proposé à part du chocolat si vous réservez sur booking.. Une honte pour un endroit pareil !

GGuest UserLocated at less than 500 metres walking from the entrance of the Palace of Versailles, and with a nice selection of restaurants just around the corner, this hotel could not be better located. In addition to its central location, the hotel is also in a quiet street. The room I stayed in was fairly small, but more than enough for my needs. The bathroom was well arranged, be it that the opening to get in and out of the shower was a bit on the narrow side. The bed was very comfortable and ideal for resting after a day long of exploring the Versailles gardens. The only thing ”missing” in the room was an air-conditioning system, but this was compensated by a sturdy ventilator fan. Breakfast was as expected and well stocked with a good selection of fruit juices. The cherry on top of the cake, however, is the staff. People at the reception were all very friendly and helpful and make their guests feel right at home. They even lent me a cable to charge my phone after I lost mine. I definitely recommend this lovely little hotel, and will stay there again the next time I visit Versailles.

Arrived late in the rain and he went out of his way to get us organised even getting himself wet showing us where the car park was. Very comfortable room and modern bathroom perfect for our overnight stay.

FFANGAfter experiencing 2 days of crowded and small rooms in the center of Paris, it is a surprise here. Breakfast is good, there is a steak house at the door, and Auchan and VELIZY2 to the east. It is very convenient for shopping and eating, and there are many Chinese tour groups.

林林肯Due to business trips, I found this hotel, located in an industrial area. The neighborhood is very deserted and no convenience store can be found. Several nearby restaurants are only open at noon. The hotel’s own restaurant is open for dinner at 19:00. I didn’t eat lunch. We are actually hungry. There are very few types of dinners. The waiter will tell you that there are basically no items on the menu, only the buffet (such simple stater). Then there is that kind of package, which is the buffet with meat (steak). Steak is the most in history. It’s unpalatable. I didn’t ask how much it was ripe, and there was no sauce to order. I came up with 2 servings. My overwell was completely burnt, dried out, and collapsed. The colleague’s is slightly better, but it’s not delicious., There is also a colleague’s Pizza. The foreign colleague said it’s too unpalatable. I’m so sorry for the French food. OK. All in all, the room is ok (for European travel, remember to bring your own toothpaste, toothbrush and slippers), the restaurant still don’t eat it, and there is no breakfast. Any hot dishes are cold, except coffee

We booked this hotel to attend the 2024 Olympics at chateau de Versailles. The rooms were a reasonable size and were clean. The bathrooms were spacious and the water hot/cold as needed. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was nice with lots of variety and evening meal was very reasonably priced. Sunday evening is bbq night with a salad buffet. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Times were flexible and they allowed early check in/late check out without additional fees. Air conditioning wasn’t switched on as standard (to help environment) but we asked due to the heat and it was switched on with no additional payment. Board games are provided in a lounge are and this helped to entertain our son in the evenings. The only difficulty we experienced was getting to the train station that is nearby. My mum is a wheelchair user and we had to do some ‘off-roading’ to get there as it is not paved. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again in the future.
