Ideal location for what my partner and I needed service was really good room had a lot of un painted plaster touch ups that looked really rough and the room had a feint smell of cigarettes overall 6/10

A very comfortable stay with puntknox apartment. A seperate washer and dryer was also provided and was useful to us. The room was clean and big with great kitchen facilities. Parking was also free and what more can we ask for.
The only downside was just the bed which was comfortable but was really really soft which sunk in when we slept on it giving us a partial backache in the morning. Other than that we are happy with the stay and the affordable price

I recently stayed at Punthill Knox and had a fantastic experience. The accommodation was clean and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is great, with easy access to local amenities, shopping, transport and plenty of nature attractions. The pricing was very reasonable, offering excellent value for money. What stood out most was the staff – they were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure I felt comfortable during my stay. I will definitely be returning for another stay in the future.

My recent stay at Punthill Knox Apartments Hotel was quite enjoyable. The check-in process was smooth, and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff members were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. The location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to nearby amenities. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would consider staying here again in the future.

Hotel was dirty and in extremely poor condition Price was a complete joke for the standard of the hotel A painter was in my room whilst I was out of the hotel Courtyard was green with a ashtray any butts Holes in the ceiling from old roller blinds Car parking was included however removed mid stay and reception refused to activate again. Next day no problems

Quality accommodation in a great location. Great value. Our studio apartment was comfortable, spacious and very well-equipped - including a kettle, toaster, microwave and plenty of cutlery, plates, cups etc. There was even a bath (with shower over) - that's a plus in my opinion. Perfect for an overnight stay, but I'd find it comfortable for a longer stay. With a major shopping centre and a plethora of dining options within easy walking distance, the location is ideal.
