when we checked in had to pay additional 40 something damage deposit. dont know if I get that back or not. plus 42$ parking fee because we brought a big truck.i had previously called the hotel to confirm truck parking. once there was told Should have paid parking with booking. still over all room was clean and no bugs or any other critters . if they were any they were too stoned to move.i think everyone on our floor had a medical issue because there was a lot of weed being smoked. I got high twice walking to our car. I would stay again as for as another business trip . for a family vacation place I would not being so out of place being white. staff was very friendly but there is active construction going on at present time.

I have been with Marriott-Sheraton group since 2014. I stayed at their hotels since 2014 across the country and in Canada and Germany. I always loved the reliable quality they delivered regardless of the brand or location. This hotel broke that record. It was not clean and the service was not at par with what I expected. The worst part was that they had cancelled house cleaning due to covid, which was a ridiculous excuse. The breakfast also had three options. The windows were not insulated either and it was too noisy since it was next to a highway. This hotel should not be a part of Marriott Bonvoy group.

Very clean hotel with eggs and meat for breakfast. It can be reached on foot from the beach. The surrounding area is very convenient, with 24-hour supermarkets and Wal-Marts. There is also a Hunan Chinese restaurant across the road. The meals are very affordable. There are spicy and non-spicy ones. The boss is very nice. Open until ten o'clock in the evening. Hotel parking is free. Recommend staying.

Absolutely not staying at this wreck of a hotel ever again! Tiesha (so) the front desk agent was a complete unprofessional! Yelled at us, became racist in a heartbeat, and when confronted with hotel issues called the police!! Even agitated other guests to cause more drama to the situation. She failed to have correct information about the hotel, refused to notify her manager or get management involved. Other issues like amenities were not as advertised. Hot water didn’t work. Rooms unkempt, and disgusting hallways. Overall experience of a well travelled and frequent hotel guest: absolute zero. Past reviews should be taken as truth as the staff and hotel quality are not even close to the Cambria marketing as the top Choice Hotels option. Choice oughta be ashamed of this hotel and is staff.

2 Room Corner King. Spacious and nice view of planes landing if facing north. Some consistent positives are the morning breakfast, keyless check-in and checkout. Decent size hotel with one ice machine, which is fine because the full-size fridges have an ice maker. One elevator, but there are a couple of stairwells. Pool is open from dawn to dusk and the fitness center is 24hrs, with a couple of treadmills, ellipticals, bike, and free weights. The beds are comfy with 4 pillows. Clean rooms. Outdoor seating area with grill. there aren't a lot of restaurant options close by, just a short drive. 20 minutes or so from a beach, with no traffic. Plenty of outlets in the room are good. Free parking. This place is worth the stay.

I’m giving this rating because I was never there and I called the Tuesday before my reservation on that Friday to cancel and they said it was done only to my surprise that they checked me in and took my points! I called Hilton rewards and the hotel to fix it and they said I would get back my points within 2 days, it’s been almost 2 weeks and I haven’t gotten back my point and this cost me from booking my other stay because my point haven’t returned to my account. I need back my points plus so form of compensation as well for all of this!

Andrew who was at the front desk was amazing. I called to verify that they had shuttle service before reserving and he said yes. After reserving the room and landing and gathering our luggage, I called to request a pick up and he kindly obliged. He told me where to wait. Within 1 minute he called me backed informing me of an issue with the hotels vehicle and that he was sending an Uber to pick up. He then texted me all the drivers information. The driver called me and informed me that he would be flashing his hazards so that I would know it was him. We arrived safely at the hotel and Andrew had all the paperwork ready for me so that he could quickly go to our room. He then explain alley the amenities of the hotel and wished us a great stay. Wish more hotels had employees like this.

Place was very nice and clean. Staff was very friendly. Had a free shuttle from the airport to the Hotel. The shuttle from the Hotel to the cruise port was good also though not free. The buffet was also good though it was not included in the price.

The hotel is fine. But as I found everywhere I went in Florida, that most of the staff was in training, and incompetent. I called for the free shuttle waited an hour called again waited an hour and finally paid to get to the hotel. I questioned the shuttle driver and he said the front desk never informed him of a pickup. That was the first of quite a few bad experiences I had at this hotel. Hopefully they will get staff trained and service will improve. But I won’t be staying here again.
