But I would like to make a small suggestion to the hotel, that is, the air conditioner in the room we stayed in could not blow out hot air, but it was cold. I forgot to mention it all the time. I hope the hotel can repair it in time.

It relies on central air conditioning + independent air conditioning for heating, but this is the north! I was so dry that I had to turn on the air conditioner for heating in the south. Not to mention Datong. I turned on the air conditioner all night and couldn’t sleep because of the dryness. It’s not okay not to turn on the air conditioner, it’s really cold! It’s still minus ten degrees outside in March. Other facilities. It's a duplex, but the second floor is half a loft. I sleep on the mat at night like sleeping on the floor. The key is that there is only one electrical socket in the loft, no small cabinet, no bedside table, and even no independent light for the small loft. 😭 It's really a loft with no other conveniences except sleeping on the floor, like an enlarged version of the ”upper bunk” in the dormitory. This room is equipped with a walk-in closet, which is good. The bath water is relatively hot, the bath floor drain is also fast, and the toilet flushing noise is small, which is good. Hygiene: The hygiene is OK. There are only two towels and two bath towels in the bathroom, and there is no floor mat. The elderly should be careful to slip when staying. Environment: The location is still excellent, and several surrounding attractions are within walking distance.

The boss said that the double bed in our house cost 150,000 yuan, no wonder it was so comfortable to lie down on! The condition of the house is indeed very good! They are all intelligent, and the bathroom ware is all from Jiumu brand. I am very willing to buy it! The boss also arranged a drop-off service for us on the return trip, which was very considerate! The boss now has three stores in the ancient city. I would like to experience the Huayan Temple store next time I come. It is indeed the number one B&B in Datong! Well-deserved this name👍

Location: Opposite the red wall of Huayan Temple, facing the street, but not noisy at all! Slept super well! It’s very convenient for eating and shopping. The boss and the lady boss are very nice. If you want to rent a car, they recommend a super good car rental master. I recommend it to everyone who wants to travel to Datong~

Hotel was nice and overall clean but description shows that hotel have non smoking rooms but our first room smells like ashdrray. Hotel was fully booked exept suites (i eas not agreed to pay more) and they promised to overclean our room. But sadly smoke smell didn’t disappeared. Smell was still in the shower room and it was discusting. Next night we got new room and everything was fine. Location is great. Breakfast was modest but ok. You can park your car in to underground parking place and it was without extra cost.

Wow. That was luxury hotel which located exactly in the center of the city. Location is perfect ten minutes walking to the ancient city wall. Shoos and fruit market are nearby. Decoration both inside and outside are pretty nice. Staff is very helpful. Service is good.

Atour quality is always good! Nice and clean rooms. Here the location is good, not far from old city, and can take bus to the grottes.
