Perfect location for anybody attending a meeting at the Davos Kongress Centre. The hotel features comfortable spotless rooms that are quiet and overlook either the Promenade or the mountains to the east. The bathrooms are excellent- modern good quality fittings and very clean (of course.) Pleasant dining room with good beakfast (wonderful bread) and dinner all with excellent service. Staff friendly and helpful. Bus stops just outside the front door.The hotel provides a guest card with entitlement to free travel. Parsennbahn lift only a short ( 3 min ) ride away. Free Wi Fi in room. In conclusion: firmly recommended.

Already the welcome you receive at the check in is very warm and friendly. Staff is happy in what they are doing and this reflects to all the staff in the hotel and the restaurants. They take their time for the guests and no question you ask is to much for them. The rooms have a nice balcony where you can enjoy the stunning view of the Buedner Alps. We made a tour with Mr. Lanz, the director of the hotel and we experienced the beauty of Switzerland!

Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights during a conference last week. Location: Right in the middle of Promenade. Easy to get everywhere. Cabs are expensive so take bus no. 1, 2 , 3 or 7 from outside Davos Dorf. Bust stop is right outside the hotel. Upon check-in, everyone is given a free guest card which entitles you to free travel on buses and upto 20% discount on lifts. Staff: Good, polite Rooms: Room no. 207. Very spacious and clean. Every room has a balcony with nice views of the mountains. Bathrooms are on the smaller side but clean. Turn down service in the evenings is a nice touch. Breakfast: Good variety - cheese, breads, crossoints, cereal, cold meats, scrabled eggs, bacon, sausages, pancakes, yogurt etc. You can have an omellete made right in front of you with your choice of fillings. Dinner: Dinner was nice and the set menu is reasonably priced but hardly anyone seems to have dinner in the hotel I would love to stay here again.

Super Lage direkt neben dem Erlebnisbad, Stadion, Eisbahn. Schöne, grosse, moderne und ruhige Zimmer. Einzig die Kissen. Da müssen dringend neue her. Frühstücksbuffet war gut, Personal sehr freundlich. Parkingmöglichkeiten vorhanden.

Wir waren am 12.2.25 im Restaurant Vero. Eine Woche früher reservierte ich persönlich, vor Ort, unseren Tisch, und ich durfte die Abendkarte fotografieren. Als wir kamen, war unser Tisch besetzt, und eine Abendkarte existierte nicht! Unsere Reservation war unbekannt, obwohl ich Namen und Telefonnummer deponiert hatte. Wir blieben dank dem ausserordentlich hilfsbereiten und netten Servicepersonals. Es existierte nur eine kleine Hotelgäste-Speisekarte. Das Essen war qualitativ sehr gut, aber leider lauwarm. Die Pizza war halbgebacken undfast kalt! Schade, wir kennen das Vero von einer anderen Seite. Auch der Käsekuchen war sehrgut, aber leider auch nur lauwarm. Weine: in Ordnung! Trotzdem: wir kommen wieder.

Dieses Hotel ist nur eine schöne Fassade von aussen, aber innen herrscht eine Disziplinlosigkeit und Chaos. Der Direktor Herr Schibler ist ein unberechenbarer Mann ohne humane Ressourcen. Für ihn sind die Arbeiter wie Sklaven. Am Morgen kann er dich begrüssen und nach ein paar Stunden entlassen. Anschliessend ist da noch Herr Grässer, der gar nicht über die Kompetenzen und sozialen Ressourcen als Front Office Manager verfügt.
