The hotel is located in the middle of the two train stations. It takes about 15 minutes to walk, but there are buses that can get under the hotel and buses are more frequent. Good breakfast, cereal coffee, etc., you can make waffles yourself, if you want to eat fried eggs or boiled eggs, you need to tell the staff. The hygiene is very clean.

Arrived to the room, my god, what horror. Thick walls like cardboard, you hear all. Scalled paintings and room and bathroom crashed. Visite du ”spa”...a piscine d'eau froide et un sauna fermé (un type très désagréable qui passait m'explique sur un ton ferme que je dois réserver mon entrée au sauna pour y aller). After a day on the trails and having passed 300km by car, we decide to eat at the hotel restaurant. We ask the reception a cheese-future, and we are answered (even a cold in a very unpleasant way) that they do not do this here....decisively, it continues...We are going out of this bad hotel to find a good restaurant where we can The hotel is very comfortable and welcome. The walls are very fine, like paper, no isolation, impossible to rest. I decide to call the reception after having patiented 1 h anyway. The receptionist told me they're going to make noise all night and what's to do with. I'm over and I just want to be able to sleep, impossible, mix with earlocks. This night tape will continue until 3h30 a.m.!!!! A shame!!! In the morning, after sleeping just a few hours, we can't have a very bad breakfast in this hotel, and then I ask the manager to explain my dissatisfaction when check out. His answer: ”Ah? We have made noise? Really?” I ask you, it's surprised. In short, we're kidding the world, No excuse, no commercial gesture. I never been in such a bad hotel. To ever escape. The hotel has a nice hotel, and it is a good hotel.

The staff is enthusiastic, the service is professional, the sanitary condition of the hotel is very good, and the rooms are big enough. If it is a temporary one-night stay before going to the mountains, it is very suitable. The hardware conditions are average, but since it is a transit hotel, the requirements are not so high. As the first ancient city in Switzerland, Chur still has a special charm. It is good to spend half a day strolling around. In addition, the canton of Graubingen, where Chur is located, is highly recommended. So far, not many Chinese tourists go to skiing in winter and hiking in summer. A fantastically spacious appartment, immaculately clean and very well equipped. All the staff in the main hotel were friendly and efficient, even though they were often in demand from the many groups staying there. The bar was really nice with a competetive price list (by Swiss standards) and served with lovely nibbles and a smile. There was a free concert every early evening on the road above the airport and it was lovely to see local families and visitors enjoying the music. The location was excellent with nearby shops, transport, the art gallery and lovely walks and climbs. There were some minor negatives: the English TV channels were not working but it was nice to have the chance for conversation and reading - my advice is to take an extra book! We should have reported it but didn't... Some cushions on the sofas would be nice too.

The hotel is good located. Near by a bus station. Hotel is new and modern, however we have seen a lot of things which needs to be repaired. Parking is expensive with 24 euros per day. Smell in our room was terrible on arrival. Until I noticed that in the shower the cleaner removed the water outlet so that the bad smell could come in. Only one of the restaurants was open and not much of selection is possible. I would not recommend the restaurant. Waiter said to my daughter that the spaghetti from kids menu is too small and he will make it bigger, then charged 28 euros instead of 18. The Spaghetti was tooooo Al dente. Most of the waiters are unfriendly and let us not feel welcomed. Overall: we will not book this hotel again. My friend got a handicapped room even he booked the higher category. It seems they had no other room but they did not tell him during checkin. When he asked later they offered another room after 2 days. We complained that we don't like the room but they said many people like it.. Hey, hotel management, when somebody pays so much for a hotel who is not handicapped he don't like a shower curtain instead of nice glass walls, he don't need open space concept cabinets, he needs normal cabinets with doors, he may like to sit on the sofa.. But there was no sofa. Heating? Not on by purpose. Only when we complained they turned the heater on after 1 day. Instead they provided mobile heater . We talked to other guests who had the same issue. 5* hotel? The pool temperature was way too low. The noise there unacceptable due to the design which is simple painted concrete walls. Spa are is 3 star only. Nothing which let you stay there for long. Breakfast was quite good we enjoyed this the most. To leave the hotel everybody is using the way over the ski room...terrible layout. The layout is not well planned.

This is the most expensive hotel on my trip to Switzerland. The breakfast is excellent and the location is near the train station. I ate a few chocolates at the front desk. Recommended, just a little more affordable

Charming hotel with excellent service! We were expecting an important package and the staff was so generous and helpful! Room was incredibly spacious. The breakfast room is exquisite and it was extremely convenient to the train and town. highly recommend this picture perfect spot.

I did not stay but only benefitted from dinner, gym and spa with massage. I ate a pizza with raw ham with excellent dough and seasoning: thanks pizza makers Andrea and Pino, obviously Italian. Really very good !!! As for the gym and the Spa I must say that I found it very clean and welcoming. As for the massage, one of the best facts in my life with foot reflexology. I have to thank the holistic operator Doris, a very prepared professional who put me at ease, with sweetness. I hope to find all of you who have brighten up my stay. Thank you very much, I will be back!

The hotel is in a superb location for skiing considering the walk to the lift is literally 30 seconds. It is fair to say that the hotel is in the heart of Davos Dorf which is the calm and quiet side of Davos. For the lively part and the good after-ski places you have to take a bus for 10 mins to Davos Platz. The spa of the hotel is nice and the rooms are decent size. The only complaint is probably the service. Staff are friendly but the service is very inefficient and slow. For example, if you order off the menu for breakfast (like an omelette) be prepared to wait an inappropriate time or even not get your order.

Nice hotel with great service incl. breakfast, ski passes, Davos Card (free public transportation) and ski shuttle. Located 5 mins by walk from Davos Platz, Promenade and connecting buses within the all Klosters area. Train station and Jakobshorn accessible with ease as well. Family room is perfectly sufficient for 4 persons, providing everything you need for comfy stay and sleep. Overall really the great value for money ratio, happy to come back again …
