Great customer service. Close to highways and shopping. Close to restaurants. My family enjoyed the stay, and the pool was very clean, which is a must for me.

Overall, the hotel is clean and well maintained. However When we arrived to check in, our room was not ready until around 3:25 PM which was very disappointing, as we were very tired from driving long hours. During the night, the cleaning guy at the lobby was very noisy, speaking loudly on his phone speaker, while we were trying to relax and have coffee, thus we left the whole lobby for him and went to our rooms.

The hotel is well located north of Detroit and with access to the airport in 15 minutes. The hotel is well maintained, with a gym in good condition. The breakfast, in terms of quality, is very bad. The rooms, on the other hand, have everything and are well maintained.
