Right from the go the service was very bad until the check out we had issues, will never recommend this place to anyone and will never visit the place again. Thanks but no thanks..

It’s was not bad experience but size of the room was small with the price they charge not worth

We recently stayed at the "Sheraton Fiji Golf Resort and had an excellent experience with one of your security staff members, Mr. Villiame Matabuakovo. We're sending this message to express our gratitude. We are tourists from Japan and stayed at your resort. I left my cellphone in a taxi and, upon consulting your staff, Mr. Villiame kindly assisted me, went out of his way to help, and even contacted the taxi driver to retrieve my phone, successfully resolving the issue. His problem-solving skills and friendly demeanor were truly remarkable, and we would like to extend our gratitude to Mr. Villiame and his manager. Thank you very much for your assistance.

Inieta at the front desk is the best!!! This hotel is way better than Sofitel and Raddison next door.

very nice hotel. rooms are spacious and well maintained. Maciu at the front desk is super helpful. the only thing is that dinner buffet is very pricey.

I have left 5 stars for the service as cleaning , buffet , wet cafe staff all we’re exceptional! We did not have a good experience with tatavu grill & bar . Firstly they brought fries with chilli for toddler , the second time they totally burnt kids meat and we waited for the glass of wine for over 40 min ! Hotel is very clean , There is a bus going to town every 15 min . The kids club is not as strong as we were hoping for , but still there is entertainment for kids as well. Overall , we would recommend the hotel.

Fantastic hotel, the best in Denarau and we've stayed at a few

The sea view room we booked faces the sea and the view is great. The hotel facilities are complete and it is very good for eating, drinking and having fun. This is an area where a large number of hotels are connected. It covers a large area and is also connected. It is suitable for leisure and vacation trips.

The hotel is newly renovated and nice. The main pool is too shallow and full of children. The adult pool is too small, like a bathhouse, everyone can only soak in it and can't swim. The rooms are very small.

The location of the hotel is good. There is a designated tour company bus to pick you up at the door. The environment is very good and the facilities are very new. There is a simple welcome ceremony at the door. Breakfast is rich and varied.

The room was big, and we were upgraded to a sea view room for free. The bedding was comfortable and the air conditioning was adequate. There were several swimming pools, suitable for family outings. It was a good place to rest, close to the pier, suitable for people who were going to take a boat early the next morning. It seemed to be a distance from the city, but we were not sure until we left the hotel. The buffet for dinner was not very appetizing, and it was very hot inside the restaurant! Maybe the other hotels would be better. The breakfast was pretty good.

After spending a day on the main island, it was okay, but there were a lot of ants at the sink.
