Homewood Suites by Hilton Denver Airport Tower Road

Nice hotel close to airport. Free and fast airport shuttle. The shuttle driver was friendly and super talkative. Front desk clerk gave us free bottle water because they were out of water to purchase. The room was really big and spacious. Beds were comfortable and the room felt clean. The only thing that was gross was the stains on the pull out mattress.

The smallest Hilton room I have EVER stayed in, amenities are "lacking" to say the least. DO NOT STAY HERE, you are better off to sleep in airport, where you can at least walk around without hitting furniture. The desk chair hits the bed, HORRIBLE ROOM. Was relatively clean, but how hard can it be to clean such a tiny room? Hilton should be ASHAMED

We enjoyed staying a night with our family at this Homewood Suites. Our 2 rooms met our needs with parents in a king and three adult kids in a room with 2 queens and a pull out sofa. Breakfast was decent. Hotel is clean and rooms are efficient with medium size fridges and kitchens.

It was everything I expected in a hotel like this, and there was nothing I didn't expect. It was clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was good and exactly what you'd expect. My family had 7 rooms here for a wedding. We all stayed 2 nights and everyone was happy with this place.

Upon our arrival after a four and a half hour flight, the young lady at the desk didn’t even welcome us. We were greeted with a blank stare and no smile. I truly felt like we were creating a problem her by being there. The young man at the desk the next morning (dressed in a t-shirt and backwards baseball cap) had the same attitude. The room was clean and quiet, very comfortable. The lady working the breakfast area made up for the front desk people with her smiles and friendly approach, and we appreciated her very much. The drivers of the shuttle were also friendly and efficient.

I will avoid this hotel when visiting Denver. Dominick needs to retrain on customer service. The tv in our room would not connect and we found "leftover" items of clothing in our bed. For being a new hotel our room was already showing wear. He was the rudest agent we've ever encountered in over thirty years of travel. We have been lifetime Diamond members for awhile and I'm appalled at his lack of service. The breakfast attendant was very sweet, maybe they could have her train him!!! Will not be returning.

Overall, I had a good stay. The customer service aspect was on point, and I’d like to recognize the two team members who I spoke to on sep. 4th. In the evening for going above and beyond. I believe their names were Chris and Morgan, but I don’t remember for sure. The gentleman accommodated my room type/location request and answered my questions courteously. The young lady I spoke to went out of her way to find out the answer to another one of my questions and was friendly and professional during the call. The property and room were aesthetically pleasing and well designed. In terms of room for improvement, there were certain areas and things at the property could be maintained better, the shower took a long time before it became hot, and the a/c unit was noisy at times. Additionally, I would’ve liked to have seen the hotel engage in more sustainable practices, like having an electric/hybrid shuttle, offering plant-based meat at breakfast, and choosing more sustainable amenities/guest supplies (e.g. facial wipes and breakfast condiments). Additionally, I was told that the biz center computers were down during my stay and that the hotel was out of laundry detergent in the lobby market. The hotel has laundry facilities on-site, but it’s hard to do laundry without laundry detergent. Also, the breakfast was not anything to write home about. I couldn’t eat the bacon since I’m vegetarian and the eggs were not appetizing whatsoever. Overall, I appreciate and applaud the good customer service, but believe there’s a bit of room for improvement.

I have stayed at this hotel many times since it opened a few years ago. And, after about six months, I returned for a several day stay. While there are still lots of positives -- an efficient and friendly front desk staff, well-stocked breakfast, well-equipped fitness center, reliable shuttle service...there are signs of wear and tear that should be addressed. While the wear and tear may be normal for a few year old hotel, it does show that the maintenance and upkeep of the hotel can be better. Nothing major wrong in my suite, but several small items that can be fixed quickly if there was better attention to detail in the hotel. And I observed similar items that should be addressed in the public areas of the hotel. Bottom line: I still recommend this hotel for stays near the Denver Airport, but the management should pay more attention to details to maintain the condition of the property.

We had a layover in Denver and an early morning flight. Shuttle service was on time, friendly, and helpful. The staff at the desk were extremely helpful. They had hot coffee brewing for our departure at 4:30 am! The room was clean, modern, reasonably priced, and the hotel was quiet. I’d recommended this hotel!
