原本訂的大床房因故而被免費升級竹林木屋家庭房，直接被種草，房間乾淨而明亮，推開門即滿眼竹林讓人賞心悦目，一家人住得很舒心，特別是酒店前台部門人員服務熱情周到，有問題及時解決，給住户一個非常好的住宿體驗，值得推薦👍

第二次來了，體驗和第一次完全不一樣，感覺很差。
房間裏的水喝完了，打前台電話讓再送幾瓶，結果竟然要收費。一千多一晚的酒店，喝幾瓶水要收費。
酒店不讓私家車開進去，都要接駁車接送。大晚上八九點鐘在酒店門口站着等接駁車，等了十分鐘都沒人來接。如果這家酒店沒有能力做到隨時隨地有接駁車等着送人，就不要禁止私家車開進去。
