The hotel is located in Hope City, which is easy to find and has convenient transportation. Parking is available both on the ground and underground, and it is free, so you don't have to worry about parking. The room is clean and sanitary, and the housekeeping staff is very enthusiastic. When checking in, I asked for two more bath towels, which were delivered quickly. In addition, the breakfast provided is also very rich. I had a bowl of noodles in the morning, which was delicious. I will stay here again next time I come to Deyang!

就是那種快捷經濟型酒店，訂的大床房，入住時酒店升級為商務大床房，前台服務態度一般，入住時為我免費升級房間，前台冷冷的給我説，明天不能原房續住，可能覺得我如果續住，給不起升級的房間的那錢。房間打掃得很乾凈，酒店過道很窄，走廊迴音大，別的房間敲門感覺是在敲我的房門。早餐很差，蔬菜沙拉的蔬菜不是當天的，餐廳服務員感覺不像酒店服務員，穿個臟臟的大媽圍裙。

Very satisfied with my stay. Will stay here again when I go to Deyang. Excellent services and facilities, with very professional and friendly staff. Excellent location to allow one to joggle along a river or to walk around the city center. Easy taxi/Didi access. Room services are better than expected, with surprising daily freebies such as fresh fruit, cookies, and freshly squeezed fruit juices. Help desk is very prompt in providing what I requested. Buffet breakfast offers top-notch variety of ready-made Chinese and Western style choices or customer-ordered hot noodles. Just a minor suggestion: this is more a customers' behavior problem (can't believe those guests at a 5-star hotel). Currently, when there is a crowd at the front desk to check out, it is the braver with longer hands that get faster services. I suggest either post a clear sign to ask people to keep in line or have a manager to maintain some kind of an order (no need to be military type:-). This is just to be fair to those who are waiting patiently. And better order may also help promote a better hotel reputation. But I understand bad habits die hard, no matter what you do.
