"Well, the Via Hotel I stayed in left me with a very good impression. First of all, the hotel's location, service is very good, very warm, the front desk staff's warm smile and professional check-in service made me feel at home. I stayed in a three-star hotel and felt like a four-star or five-star hotel. Free meals and free parking were provided. I was amazed by an economical hotel in this city. The mineral water in the room was also free. There was no hot mineral water at the front desk. It was really considerate. I will stay here next time when I come to Deyang."

"I highly recommend this hotel's Superior King Room! The underfloor heating was so comfortable, warm and cozy without being drying at all, making the room incredibly pleasant. The room has a projector, perfect for watching shows in bed with amazing ambiance. The hairdryer is fantastic, making drying your hair a breeze. The room is spacious and comfortably laid out, the bedding is so soft and I slept incredibly well. Plus, there's convenient parking. Overall, a fantastic experience, absolutely amazing value for money, a must-visit!"

We have recommended the food here, as well as the freshly ground hand-ground coffee. The rooms are also very intimate and in demand. Xiaoying is quick and has a good overall experience."

The staff is good, quite friendly and patient and was honest about the hotel's current situation. If you are looking for a quick stay that's cheap then I'd suggest it. Anything else then you might want to explore options. The city itself I highly recommend. It's AMAZING for a simple and quiet getaway as photos shown."

"I checked in on the weekend and was woken up very early by the housekeeping staff opening the wrong door. I had just fallen asleep when I heard a loud noise coming from downstairs, like they were pulling steel bars. I initially thought it was construction work, but it turned out to be the housekeeping staff pulling chairs. It was clearly a design flaw in the hotel, yet their attitude was extremely poor; they said it was 9 am and it was their turn to clean and make noise. I had planned to have lunch there, but I could only say I would never come back. This is the first time I've given a bad review in all my years of using Ctrip, and I sincerely do not recommend staying there. I've eaten at the hotel a few times, and the food was terrible. 👎"
