XXiechengFacilities: It covers a large area and has a front square for parking, which is safe and convenient. The elevator sits on the fourth floor and there is no elevator on the fifth floor. The window cannot be opened. The shower room is very small and it is not allowed to bend over to take a bath. The shower head fixer is loose.
Hygienic: The air in the elevator smells bad. There is a leftover toothpaste in the corner of the shelf. Mould drain.
Environment: The surrounding environment is very good, eating and drinking are rich in entertainment.
Service: The front desk and the cleaning staff are warm.

GGuest UserReally want to praise this hotel, whether it is the environment or the service is very online. As soon as I came in, I felt very quiet and peaceful, making people relax. The room was cleaned very meticulously, there was no smell, the bed was moderately soft and hard, and it was very comfortable to sleep. The facilities are complete, hot water and air conditioning are very useful. The staff is also very caring, and will help in time if there is a need. The whole experience is very good. I didn't step on thunder. I lived in peace of mind. I will buy back next time I travel.

First of all, a special thank you to Ms. Xu at the front desk! Her service was incredibly warm and welcoming! Traveling with children and carrying a lot of luggage, Ms. Xu proactively helped with check-in, patiently and gently throughout. She even kindly upgraded us to a larger room free of charge, making it much more spacious and comfortable for the kids – so thoughtful! 💖
The room was impeccably clean, tidy, and well-ventilated, with no unpleasant odors. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the children slept soundly. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, was clean and refreshing, and had all the necessary toiletries, creating a very homey atmosphere. The hotel environment was very quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's rest, making it perfect for family trips.
The location was ideal, conveniently located near the Sanxingdui scenic area, saving time and energy for families with elderly members and young children. The surrounding area is well-equipped with convenience stores and restaurants, making daily life very convenient.
The hotel service was exceptionally personalized; any needs were promptly met at the front desk. Xiao Xu also thoughtfully recommended family-friendly travel routes and local delicacies, which were incredibly helpful. Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money, with a pleasant environment, warm service, and high hygiene standards, making it a very reliable accommodation choice for family trips! Next time I bring my family to Guanghan, this will definitely be my first choice again! 🥰

GGuest UserThe room was very clean. Although the front desk was not familiar with the hotel management services. But I have to say that their accommodation is very convenient. The bus stop is very close downstairs, and you can take the bus to Sanxingdui and Guanghan North High-speed Railway Station. This place is just in the middle of living, eating, lodging and transportation. A 15-minute walk away, you can also enjoy Guanghan Zhengyi Han’s special snacks. Been to so many hotels. This hotel is worth staying.

AAnonymous UserSave electricity! This is a reminder from the landlord: the government encourages green energy conservation and emission reduction, so please don't leave the air conditioner on. Three bottles of mineral water are provided free of charge each day; you need to boil your own tap water after that. The cleaning staff simply open the cabinet, take three bottles of water, and leave; you're responsible for cleaning yourself. A 200 RMB deposit is required on check-in day; the landlord says it's their policy, written in Ctrip, and they won't give you the password to open the door without it. You need to register at the security office to enter the complex, but they don't provide guidance; you have to find your way around using the pictures the landlord provides. Navigation is basically useless because if you accidentally enter the underground parking garage, you'll need excellent sense of direction. You can order takeout, but the average wait time is over an hour; even the delivery driver needs to find you to test their directional skills.
