Small hotel located in front of the best beach on the island where you can be in a bikini without a problem. Upon our arrival the hotel is undergoing renovations, expanding rooms, something that we observed was the general trend on the island. It is noticeable that tourism is increasing and is surely losing the local charm that it would have to open to tourism. It can be seen in the prices of restaurants or stores, which are very high and which we understand has a double rate since I highly doubt that a local can pay those prices in a grocery store or to buy some normal flip flops. Since the “restaurant” was closed, they directed us to have breakfast at a nearby place, with a fairly average, but decent breakfast. The attention of the staff was unbeatable. You can use kayaks for free and they have activities at a good price compared to the rest of the island's offerings. As the only negative point, we recommend that you do not do the diving activity with sharks, since instead of taking you to a point where you can see them in freedom, they take you to a nearby island that is a kind of reserve, where they are raised in a confined area protected by coral and a concrete boardwalk so you feel like you are in a very large natural fish tank, but it loses all the appeal. At $85 a head, I find it expensive and a bit misleading. The rooms were clean, simply decorated and, although the bathrooms need a little renovation, they have all the amenities. Waking up a few meters from a small paradisiacal beach, with views of the reef lagoon, is worth it. As an extra point, about the beach: just a few meters away you have incredible marine life, so don't forget your snorkeling equipment!!!
