Less busy than those hotels in city. With trams stop next to hotel and takes about 10 mins to city. The only comment is the shower without door and causes water easily splashes out and make the floor wet.

Great location, very clean and decent room. We didn't get the room we booked, it was bit upsetting.

It was a good experience, we stayed 2 nights in this hotel. The hotel is pretty new, located in Dockland ( last stop of the free tram zone), only take 20 minutes to city by free tram, great saving of transportation. We got 2 Queen bed room for 3 peoples, free water, free coffee. Also had swimming pool and gym located in level 6 Highly recommend place for people who want to travel around Melbourne cbd

Wonderful stay. They are in the free tram zone so it was perfect as we could travel freely throughout the city. The bed was so comfy and the staff are really nice.

Very convenient location, right next to docklands final stop of tram 86. Clean and elegant. Quite cost-effective

3rd visit this time. Pillow case was moulded, house keeping undone by 2pm even though we’ve requested it done when we left in the morning. Breakfast buffet selection is quite limited and out of control during peak hours. Location is good. Room service was good. Swimming pool is nice.

Out of town location - you need to take a tram to Melbourne Business center- luckily is pretty convenient as tram station just opposite the hotel. Don’t stay here if you are driving - as no proper space for you to load off your luggage and the parking is 300m away- charges is also not cheap if considered is outskirts of town area. Hotel lobby- nothing to shout about and the services is just normal- it definitely can be improved. Room look ok for the price we paid- while all the other was normal - including the breakfast- nothing to shout about and is definitely below my expectation since it’s bearing the name of Sheraton

The hotel location is supposed to be good, close to the railway and Dockland mall. however, parking is a nightmare as you have to walk 200 meters away and you have to pay everytime you leave the carpark, at 15 aus$. the hotel placed me at 4F, which is close to the railway and the train serves until very late. it certainly disturbs me resting. Paid around 220 aus dollar for the night, definitely a regret.
