We had an amazing time here, it was 5 stars! It was immaculately clean and designed. I was at peace because there was a Quran and prayer mat in our room, there's a Qatari vibe to the hotel; architecture, smell (smells gorgeous), staff. The staff are very attentive and theres a quick service. Breakfast was perfect, we had dinner and in room dining service which was perfect and special. We used the gym ( excellent exercise machines) , rooftop pool was perfect with private shower rooms. The spa was amazing, we had a couples hammam. The only thing I'm not sure about is, wether guests can use the sauna and steam rooms as they are in the spa, we got to use it because we were clients there. We also loved the segregation in the spa. It was perfect, we wish we stayed longer, it felt like home, we will visit again in sha Allah. We booked 2 hotels; after we moved to St Regis and missed Steinberger so much, out of both hotels we loved Steinberger and wanted to return. Steinberger scored way better than a well-known hotel resort. Thankyou for taking care of us.

Had a 01.00am check in .The staff on the front desk could not have been more pleasant. We did not have breakfast as we just wanted to sleep after our long journey. No complaints on the room ,it was clean and comfortable.

Trip to Qatar. Stayed at this hotel. Absoloute bargain of a price with excellent service from the team. Beautiful large room with living/kitchen and ensuite bathroom along with balcony and many services available. Housekeeper Ali had a lovely warm welcoming attitude and provided a thorough cleaning service with good work ethic. Reception staff helpful and friendly. 5 star service. Would reccomend to others and return to stay for future visits again.

Service not good. 2 person. But room inside only 1 shapoom . So i call room service say give more 1 shampoo for i wash hair . Room service say call recipion. But after reciption tell me. Location very good, many restaurants and convenience store nearby , walking distance to metro station. Good value for money. However, House keeping service very poor and response very slow. Due to short of towers and floor mat in the apartment, we have went down to reception to request however ther was not action until next day we have to request and request again .

Everyone made me feel really at home in my 4 days there. Irfan and Muhaidi and the others at Front Desk listened carefully for my requests and tried to help wherever they could and provided information for me around town. Gamal introduced me to the room and also took the initiative to guide me around the neighbourhood the next day. Staff at the Lounge also made watching World Cup matches there comfortable and enjoyable, sometimes coming over to make small talk about the football and was able to attend to our every need. For location, the hotel is within 5min walk to a Metro station and amenities like restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. Room was great, but found deposits unfortunately at the kettle spout. I stayed here for five months for work. Hotel has pool and gym and my room had a kitchenette which is very handy. Staff and management were all very friendly and always helpful. Rooms very clean and serviced daily. Good restaurants nearby and easy to get to City and downtown.

Based on prices, it’s best on Doha. Also nearby public transport available. Only 10-15 QR to reached on Airport by Uber. and 2 QR by and and Metro. As it is a hostel, don’t ask for to many things but if you stay you may like this place. Also they have kitchen, if you want's to cook you can. Also you can bring your own food and enjoy it here! Overall, it’s best for a backpacker and budget traveller who want's to travel on Doha and stay here for few day's. Chill!!
