The bed is wide and comfortable. The housekeeper was attentive to details in providing more bottled water by seeing me buying bottled water from supermarket.

A pleasant stay with Hampton Inn by Hilton! The restaurant downstairs is very very good!

Nice hotel in a good location. Quiet but surrounded by good eating choices. Very good Chinese breakfast with reasonable selection of Western food, too. Window can open and blackout curtains work very well. One power outlet is not switched off when the key is removed. Bed was firm. All staff interactions (house keeping, food and beverage, and front desk were positive. Concierge Edward was especially helpful in English. My only criticism (and this applies to hotels in most cities in China - Beijing and Shanghai excepted) is that "non-smoking" rooms are a complete farce and chances are the previous occupants (and current neighbours) smoke and you will smell it, no matter how much room deodorant is used.

Stayed in the hotel for 4 nights for a business trip - the hotel is amazingly located in the city center, rooms are small but very clean. The hotel is overall very nice - the breakfast spread was also quite good - not like a premium 5 star but quite good in tase and choice. There are many restaurants within walking distance if someone wants to sample the local cuisine. The staff are quite helpful though not all speak English but they are always ready to help - all in all a satisfying experience and at a reasonable cost.

just they throw my important paper out and it made me Mad. and Hotel didn't give me a good reply. hope they see this message. other was ok.

FB supervisor, Kelly, set an great example of “beyond customer experience”. On a breakfast session, she helped to get a bowl of white rice from the kitchen actually (note that there’s only fried rice served on main table). White rice was kinda special request actually, as it went well with curry chicken. Thanks.

This was a nice hotel in a reasonable location. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Dongguan as a location is what it is. There are some interesting tourists sites in the south of the city, which is quite a distance from the hotel. Around the hotel you can soak up the feel for things like locals do. A nice stay if you want a nice hotel.
