"I absolutely loved my stay at the Royal Garden Hotel. The hotel is clean and beautiful, the service is great and the staff is helpful, kind and friendly. On my first day I ordered food to my room and because it was busy (May holiday rush) my food took a while to arrive but the duty manager Mr King came to assure me that, that's not the kind of service I should expect from them going forward and to apologize for the delay. Needless to say, I enjoyed my full stay there without any problems. The front desk staff was also helpful whenever I needed help with anything. I'll definitely visit again."

"We booked a cozy room and upon check-in, the staff informed me that they upgraded me. I was so happy but when I reached the room and compared my reservation details, it's what I have paid for. So where is the upgrade? I never confront the staff but this left a bad note. Why tell lies to your guest when there is no upgrade."
