While the entire city was shut down due to the severe weather, the hotel remained operational, with its restaurant open and serving delicious meals. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there, despite the storm outside. The hotel had reinforced gates designed to withstand strong winds, which made me feel incredibly safe. The atmosphere was surprisingly cozy, and I appreciated the staff's efforts to ensure guests were comfortable and well-fed. I definitely plan on returning for another stay in the future!"

"I absolutely loved my stay at the Royal Garden Hotel. The hotel is clean and beautiful, the service is great and the staff is helpful, kind and friendly. On my first day I ordered food to my room and because it was busy (May holiday rush) my food took a while to arrive but the duty manager Mr King came to assure me that, that's not the kind of service I should expect from them going forward and to apologize for the delay. Needless to say, I enjoyed my full stay there without any problems. The front desk staff was also helpful whenever I needed help with anything. I'll definitely visit again."

Serta 'Zero Pressure' mattresses and TOTO bathroom fixtures significantly enhance comfort. The industrial-style design is sleek and modern. **🎯 Experience:** A year after my last visit to Dongguan, I chose to stay at this hotel again, and my experience was excellent. Robot room service is quick and efficient. The city views from the large windows are stunning. The hotel even upgraded my room type, and the breakfast spread offers a great variety."

"My stay was really comfortable. Reception, the gym, the lounge on floor 2 and the lobby bar, all excellent. Jasmine at 14:00 pm. at the front desk was extremely helpful. The room was also really nice, I would say above the average 5 star. The picture of the tower is from the room."

The hotel is old but has the same aesthetics. The rooms are very spacious and the windows are very large. Amway has been given to the whole world."

"Dongguan Forum remains a favorite of mine when visiting South China. Hotel has been upgraded recently, is clean, very good service and in a great location to work and local restaurants. Breakfast and gym are both very good. When warmer, the pool is a great amenity."

One suggestion to improve is to install USB charger as my phone cannot get charged over the night since I don’t have the electric plug for my USB line. "We booked a cozy room and upon check-in, the staff informed me that they upgraded me. I was so happy but when I reached the room and compared my reservation details, it's what I have paid for. So where is the upgrade? I never confront the staff but this left a bad note. Why tell lies to your guest when there is no upgrade."
