Hotel is the newest and nicest in Changping town, staffs are well trained but not the super friendly type, hotel amenities are just okay given the small gym with limited equipments. Hotel breakfast is not good, not worth the breakfast package. Best thing about this hotel is the cleanliness is top notch, there’s a laundry room located at 4th floor with wash and dry machine (payment via wechat pay), overall a 7/10.

The room (Guest Room) we chose was so-so. Limited to 7th floor. I believe these were the rooms partially renovated from the old sauna service rooms prior to the vice crackdowns from ten years ago. The rooms were fitted with a sauna (not sure if working or not) and open, not enclosed shower. Room was smaller than the deluxe/executive rooms and did not have the amenities such as bathtub, enclosed shower, in room safe, bathrobes, disposable slippers, iron and ironing board. I would recommend paying $4 - $10 more just to get one of the other rooms. The redeeming factor about our stay was that it fell during their 14th anniversary and we were able to receive discounts of about 30% on our dinner meals. We had two separate consecutive reservations.

The staff at the reception are very courteous and kind. And very helpful when approached… The staff at the breakfast area are very patient and helpful… although they don’t know English but they were extremely polite as I was a bit upset initially. But they ensure that I got the breakfast of my choice. Am so grateful and thankful to the ladies at the breakfast area and also the cook and the gentleman who attended me… Really thankful for their kind gesture and patience..I will surely recommend this hotel 👍🏻👌🏻👍🏻

Booked three rooms for New Year’s family reunion. Two of the room adjoining, third room across the hall from the two adjoining rooms. Hotel centrally located in the town center, easily accessible to shopping, restaurants and transportation. Breakfast was adequate with mostly Chinese cuisine.

The hotel management is very good. When I left, I left a data line at the front desk and immediately called me to inform me that it would be mailed to me for free. I like this kind of service. After staying for two days, there are also free washing machines. There are many delicious foods around. I went to the nearby Yinxian Villa for a walk. The facilities and equipment in the room are relatively new, and it is very comfortable to live in. The girls at the front desk all greeted me with smiles, and I feel at home. I like this feeling very much. I will choose it next time.
