老闆服務態度非常不友好，辦理入住手續的時候黑着一個**，像全世界都欠他258萬似的！問事情也愛搭不理！房間衞生間有股很大的異味，非常不舒服。第二天中午11點多老闆就跑上來催退房了！全世界都是中午2點以後退房，就這裏12點要求退房，我們是出來玩的，難得出來放肆一下，想睡個懶覺也不行，以後肯定不會再住這裏！！

衞生麼還是比較乾淨的，停車也方便。我們住的是靠內的房間，晚上還是很安靜不吵。就是在中心地帶的邊上一點，對沒有開車的人來説有點難走路了。這個價格在景區能住一晚上也不錯啦，要求不能太高。#衞生#服務

我衹能説酒店的老闆一點人情味都沒有，永遠不會再訂這家了，因為從三亞開過來，坐輪渡，又開了7個多小時，沒想到晚上11點過了，還有幾十公里的時候車壞了，周圍沒有零件更換不能再開了，就到不了酒店，衹是預訂了而已，所以申請退款，結果酒店不同意，説給我打掃好了留着這間房的，好奇怪難道不是我住你們就不打掃的嗎？我因為特殊原因，不能入住，你説你扣點適當的費用當損失費，我覺得都沒問題，但是去哪兒網客服協商了好久，酒店都不同意，還是全額給我扣了，所以希望大家引以為鑒！

一家人出行，忘記拍照了。環境不錯，被子枕頭都很新，睡得挺舒服，離海灘步行五分鐘吧，挺方便的，去海鮮市場得出門右轉到大圓盤右轉有個新的市場，對面有加工，191買的海鮮100加工費（不算茶位費啤酒啥的）可惜下雨，不然想多住一天出海的。前台服務很好，很有耐心，為我們指路，對面京族博物館沒開門留着下次來吧！

媽呀住了那麼多酒店第一次給差評，衞生間有蟑螂，服務也很差，隔音效果不好，生氣死了早上11點半就開始叫退房了，我們還沒起床就每隔半小時來敲一次門，外面下着大雨，讓我們在大廳等車等了半天，就算我們沒下來沒説退房，你照樣可以收取我超時費，房間好就算了，那麼差還能做出那麼差的服務態度，睡這種還不如路邊幾十塊，服務不了就別開酒店，酒店到沙灘還要走十分鐘，附近也沒啥好吃的，晚上想點個外賣也要等好久，避雷避雷
