Hotel Belambra le Normont

Je ne sais même pas par où commencer ... Chambre vieillotte, désuète de toute décoration, salle de bain style hôpital, peinture qui s'écaille,... bref une chambre (et un hôtel de manière general) absolument pas chaleureuse et absolument pas digne d' un trois etoiles. Si il n'y avait que ça... Nous ne savions pas en prenant cette chambre que ce week end là il y aurait également un séminaire... La réceptionniste nous rassure "il y aura du bruit mais ça ne va pas finir tard". Nous sommes rentrés à 2h, à 3h il y avait encore la fête juste sous notre fenêtre. Nous en avons informé la réceptionniste le lendemain, réponse : "Nous sommes désolés" pas plus pas moins. En plus, pas de pitié pour nous, obligé de laisser la chambre à 10h pétantes, et NON négociable. Un dimanche, on a trouvé ça dur... Le petit déjeuner ? Même chez moi je mange plus... Le "buffet" était vide, triste, enfin comme le reste pas chaleureux quoi ! 9h45 une cliente souhaitait avoir d'autres oeufs brouillés, la réponse de la "serveuse", il fallait arrivé plus tôt ! On a touché le fond. Dans tous les cas, une chose est sûre, on ne réitéra pas l'expérience dans un club Belambra ! Notre erreur ? Ne pas avoir regarder les avis avant de réserver. Fuyez tant qu'il est temps !

Super accueil, le personnel au top toujours présent pour que votre séjour se passe bien.. super séjour au calme, chambre agréable un super petit déjeuner un excellent buffet à volonté tout était parfait rien à redire je recommande et j espère y retourner..

Estampillé 3 étoiles....mais n en remplit pas les critères : propreté correcte , mais chambre vetuste, literie a revoir, matelas en contact direct avec le sommier, un coup de détartrage dans les sanitaires serait indispensable. Parc en friche, certains cottages sont à l abandon Restauration : il faut manger au lance pierre , qualité médiocre, on ressent le manque de personnel qui pourtant fait son maximum pour nous satisfaire. Incompréhensible que cet hôtel soit encore référencé 3 Étoiles.

séjour 1 nuit pour mes enfants et moi, 3 chambres doubles (dans bungalows), propres, fonctionnelles, rapport qualité prix très satisfaisant (79€ la nuitée par chambre). personnel accueillant. Parking très sécurisé par portail fermé à la nuit tombée. Pas d avance à faire pour réserver. Réservation directe par téléphone.

After being informed that the bungalows were no longer eligible for rental following customer complaints, we were fortunate to be allocated a dilapidated and gloomy room. Even a 1st class hotel has more prestige. After a quick tour of the spot where we were supposed to sleep, we finished. 140 bed and an unacceptable bathroom made us turn around. And the site is stamped 3 stars, even 2 is not acceptable

Good evening, We had dinner and slept last night, October 29, at the Domaine de Normont with 8 other hiking friends. We were very well received, the meal was perfectly fine except for the dessert, which was average because it was industrial. The room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast plentiful and varied. In summary, if we return to Dourdan for a hike, we will happily sleep there again.

We were invited to a wedding and missed the cocktail party due to the delay. And we weren't the only guests in this case. Another group was also at the hotel, invited for a birthday in the region. Same expectation for this group. Just one receptionist who did what she could! And yet the hotel was well aware of the number of people it would have to accommodate. Comfortable bedding. No kettle, no tea or coffee bags. Bathroom to review in particular the shower (joints, curtains without all the rings). Basic equipment for a 3 star in a pretty park with swimming pool. What a shame.
