Nice room, decent restaurant. On the other hand, the welcome by the manager needs to be reviewed. We had booked for a weekend via the online booking site The Original City and were able to book half board. When we arrived at the hotel at the end of the day, the manager informed us that half-board was not possible on weekends and public holidays and that she did not understand how we could have made this reservation. To keep our room, we were therefore asked to cancel our reservation online so that we could redo it without half board directly through the hotel. She even tells us that it will be cheaper than half-board. She really takes customers for fools because in general, half-board is more advantageous than having an a la carte meal. This was confirmed by around €50 more on the initial reservation. We would have liked an email or call such. at the time of booking to inform us that half board was not possible. There, we felt "scammed", the information being given to us only upon our arrival. Not very commercial... This is the first time we have been so upset by a reservation.

Friendly welcome, Very clean, good breakfast, reasonable price. very good location, a pleasant village, on a thoroughfare. Owners invested in hospitality and local cuisine with local products. Not to miss.

Problem: I arrive and I have to pay for 2 because I have supposedly checked off 2 adults, then I ask to take advantage of the evening stopover, but that is not possible either, because as I booked on the internet, the receptionist can't change anything. She suggested that I go and cancel myself on the 'the Originals' website to be able to book a room directly at the counter, but the site does not allow me to cancel and suggests contacting the hotel by telephone. In short, I don't know how to book a room these days.

We stayed in this hotel during a wedding. A good welcome and the staff are very friendly and available. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. Breakfast is also good. No complaints.
