The hotel room was pretty nice and quite comfortable and spacious. However, on two occasions my friend and I spotted cockroaches in the hotel. Once at the breakfast area and once in our room. This easily altered our perspective of the hotel especially because it is a Hilton hotel. The manager of the hotel apologized, but said that they’ve never had such a complaint before. We both found it hard to believe that considering we spotted the roaches in two different areas of the hotel. The pictures attached are from a video clip taken of the roach we saw in the room. Makes me wonder where else there are roaches and how many there are in the hotel.

On a recent trip to Dubai, i stay at HIEX Safa Park for a total of 10 nights. The best thing about this hotel is the location. A short walk to Business Bay metro station to get to places in the city easily, and literally at the doorstep of Dubai Water Canal, which is wonderful for a run or leisure cycling. The breakfast spread, a little boring but acceptable. The housekeeping though a little disorganised (missed a towel, or I had to get my room key reset) but the staff is generally eager to help sort out issues.

Staying at this new, modern luxury apartment hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were indeed large, spacious, and well-maintained, offering breathtaking views from the higher floors. It was a pleasure to have a balcony to relax and enjoy the scenery. However, there were some drawbacks. Throughout my stay, there was constant renovation or repair work in neighboring rooms, resulting in strong paint smells that were quite unpleasant. Additionally, the presence of a large construction site beside the hotel was somewhat disruptive. I also noticed some staff members who seemed overly curious or intrusive, which affected my sense of privacy. Lastly, while the breakfast offered was minimal, it didn't quite meet my expectations for a hotel of this caliber. Overall, while the hotel has its merits, the issues with ongoing renovations, nearby construction, and breakfast options were disappointing aspects of an otherwise luxurious stay.

We had two and breakfast was included. but I've been to many different types of hotels and the breakfast here was very excellent. As for check-in, although it wasn’t very fast, the guy at the reception tried very hard to check us in quickly. The service at the hotel is excellent, all staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very large and clean. The pool is very large and heated and there are always enough beds free. The breakfast is very rich and can be ordered a la Carte in addition to the buffet. The next metro station is about 10 minutes walk. The Burj Khalifa is about 30 minutes walk, the next supermarket and restaurants about 5 minutes walk. We would book the hotel at any time and can only recommend it.

Hotel staff was not as friendly. When we requested for a King bed upon check-in, the staff told us that the Twin bed room has already been prepared for us. We dropped an email previously to say that the trip was to celebrate our anniversary and obviously it was not taken note of. We need to insist that we wanted a King bed which was quite an unpleasant start of the stay. The design of the toilet is not too good, water tend to splash out and made the floor very wet after shower. The traffic outside the hotel is quite bad during peak hour. Need to cater extra time to get out of the hotel. When we asked if the staff can help us call for a cab, the staff said it is peak hour and suggest us to get ourselves. Not as approachable.
