The swimming pool at the Rooftop is lovely and the furniture by the pool are quite moder, The gym is very clean and useful. We did not try the massage as the cost are slightly higher than 5 star hotels considering the place is not luxurious just mediocre. I do not recommend travellers with noise sensitivity to stay here, they have live bands at the Ground Floor of the hotel building and they play Far Too Loud !!! Omg the banging of drums and music are something that you have to put up with. They offer us to move to another level but I think its not going to fix the problem. The restaurant in the hotel has not enough healthy choices to offer so If you have coeliac disease and food sensitivities like me you are in the wrong place. There is no coffee machine only filtered coffee in the buffet. Please do not look for Cappucino and decaf. I brought my own coffee sachet to avoid disappointments. This is not the Marriott I know which is known for luxury in London. I was highly disappointed. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to the Mall of the Emirates. The area is not that great in my opinion, there was a young man followed us all the way to the hotel trying to sell us something. Here goes the saying You really get what you pay for!!!!

Opposite Versace. I stayed at Versace the day before, because I had to catch a plane and leave the hotel at 3 am the next day, so I moved from Versace to the Marriott opposite. I came out at 3:00 in the morning and took an Uber for 3 minutes. It was very close to the airport. Shuttle service: The hotel introduced a shuttle bus that departs at 9:00 in the morning and goes to and from Dubai Mall at 7:30 in the evening, but when I asked where to get on the bus at 7:39, the other party hesitated and said that there might not be a bus. So the shuttle service is not real. Environment: There is a swimming pool on the roof, which is okay overall Service: Because I passed around 11 o'clock that day, the hotel manager said that the cheapest room would give me a discount of about 330 dirhams, which is about 660 RMB. I saw that it was 479 on Ctrip, so I booked it on Ctrip. I asked when it would be available When checking in, he said that after 1:00, when I came at one o'clock, he said that the room had not been cleaned and that we could check in at 3 o'clock. In short, Ctrip is cheap, check in after 3 o'clock. There is a coffee shop on the first floor of the lobby, and a row of sofas in the waiting area is also good. Hygiene: general Service: average

The stay has been amazing throughout our trip! The room is clean and comfortable, thanks to the housekeeping service. To my surprise, they helped to organize our stuff, making the room really neat and clean. Besides this, we enjoyed the breakfast, which offers many varieties and changes each day. We want to give special thanks to the staff in the dining area throughout our stay from August 26th to September 3rd (manager Harznit, Shaly, Shame, Ravindra, and the rest of the staff—sorry we didn’t manage to get your names). They have been amazing and helpful. We really enjoyed breakfast each morning. We are also thankful for the extra time given for a late check-out, allowing us to have some extra rest before ending our trip. Overall, it’s been fantastic! The staff really deserves to be praised and rewarded. Because of this extraordinary service, we truly enjoyed our stay here. Thank you!
