The hotel is 10 mins walk from metro station (Do not follow the route suggested by google map. It takes a lot more time). No restaurants or supermarkets near the hotel. The only option is to eat inside the hotel. Room is decent. The breakfast is good. The swimming pool is lovely. The staff are very helpful. Complimentary chocolate provided every day at 5pm. Also the hotel gave us a free Birthday cake. Overall, not a very good choice due to location, and lack of food choice.

We stay 5 night with family and friends in hotel. Check in is pretty rapid. The rooms in 3rd and 5th floor that we have was clean and spacious. There is no view from rooms. I try one time the rooftop pool that is clean And beautiful but for me the temperature of water is high. The breakfast Is very good and i like especially that it include ice cream but after 5 day It was repetative.the locafion in barsha is about 7 minute walk to al mashregh Station in metro red line also emirate mall is very near about 15 minute by walk And only one station distance by metro. Some of dubai tourist attaction such as Borj khalifa and dubai marina are about 15 to 20 minute distance by taxi. Overall very good hotel but in comparison with a few 5 star dubai hotels that I tried them previously in all aspect it is 4 to5 star but regarding to great staff I ranked it 5.

We had a one bedroom suite with a kitchen with sea view. It was very well equipped, with dishwasher and washing machine. Very comfortable bed. Very clean on arrival and cleaned every day with fresh towels etc. The hotel has excellent facilities - large restaurant area, gym and swimming pool. Breakfast choice was superb. It is very well located - short walking distance to the Tram (Palm Jumeirah station) and the monorail to the Palm. Most notably are the hotel staff who were always welcoming, polite and helpful -especially Main at the hotel reception who was very helpful when we needed a doctor

Amazing stay. Get a good view. House keeping for my room 2030 is amazing. They’re always willing to help and clean. Engineer help for stove and kitchen stuff when my first day. Pool with amazing view. Had extend for another week even though the construction going on still and make a noisy when I sleep. The DM offer to move to other room. But i didn’t move coz there is no apartment available and I don’t want deluxe room. Anw, it’s ok. They offer nice room when I extend. This hotel much better than the hotel next across the SZR (Ex sister hotel). Overall it is amazing. Thanks FO, concierge, Housekeeping and engineering.

The hotel said on the Ctrip reservation page that it was a hotel renovated in 2019, but after moving in, it was found that the furniture was outdated and the equipment was obviously old, and it was impossible to be a newly renovated hotel. Careful City Hotel with engaged staff and very nice reception. Unfortunately, only menu choice in the evening. Breakfast is not suitable for every gaube due to lack of high-quality whole cereal products in the form of bread. The wrist selection was like the cheese selection at the buffet. The freshly prepared omelets were very good. The room in our hotel was spacious but unfortunately there are only pepper head kits and pepper beds in the hotel. For allergics like me, that was unfortunately nothing. Very good was the connection to the metro behind the hotel. Very cheap prices. The pool on the roof is small but fine and was not very visited. Handtuchs free. Taxi driving costs converted for about 15 - 20 kilometres short 8 Euro. In contrast, a cappucino in the hotel costs about 8 Euro.

I stayed with my family in the hotel during Eid Aladha holidays for two nights. Itwas beyond expectation. We didn't feel it was crowded. The check-in was a little slow but Amgad from the Front desk was a real help. The Breakfast was good. The swimming pool was good, Although it need a Pool bar for serving soft drinks. Overall our stay was really fun. The location is near Emirates Mall, so it's also a plus. Great value for money. We will definitely come back

Great value economic hotel, very spacious, busy elevators like any vertical lodging. Also had an issue with the fire alarm staff should be trained to be more polite. The iron triggered the alarm, the staff showed up looking for penalty tribue, they were so fixated on the idea that I was smoking despite being a non-smoker, it was very dismissive and outright rude, I actually had a hard time thumbing them put of my suite! Still the place is good, as long as the staff learn that extracting penalty fees from guests shouldn't become the priority, once they are educated, they were not be desperate to invade rooms and pretend to be professional investigators They front desk did apologize for the poor training and promised it will never ever happen again. So based on that I must leave a 5/5 review as the hotel was nice when that incident is isolated.
