It's a great basic hotel with a good location; I stay there whenever I go to Dubai on business.

It’s worth 7 stars as the service and environment, everything is perfect! It’s worth the money we pay. Will come back next time to stay longer.

Our stay at the Ibis was fine. This is our 130th hotel stay this year and among our least favorite experiences. First, it is very clean, so don’t worry about that. But a clean bed and room is all you can expect. Things we didn’t enjoy: -Breakfast is a chaotic cluster. No staff were seating guests. People were sprawled out across the Ibis and adjoining Novotel. It is difficult to find staff to clean off a table or provide new cutlery. The food is fine, but the coffee is horrible. - We were told the room included tea and coffee. When we checked in we notified the front desk we had no coffee and would like some. They told us someone would bring it, but it never arrived. The same thing happened the second day. The third day we asked cleaning staff if they have coffee. They told us they were out and only had decaf. They did provide decaf, but regular coffee should have been available. -The shower is extremely slippery. The shower drain is raised to prevent hair and product from clogging it. But that means people are standing in .5” of water the entire time they are showering. The smooth tiles are extremely slippery when covered in standing water. I’m a 36 year old agile, athletic person. I fell, hitting my knee and face on the tile. There are no grippy mats to reduce slipping. There are no handles to get up from in the shower. - After falling, I asked for a hand towel to wash my face. I was told “we don’t offer hand towels on THIS SIDE of the hotel. Only the Novotel side gets hand towels.” It’s very weird to make people feel lesser than others over hand towels. 🤷♀️ Other small weird stuff: - There are ZERO outlets by the bed. You have to charge all electronics, including your phone, across the room. - The faucet barely hangs over the sink. When you wash your hands, they are against the side of the bowl, and water will run out on the counter. It’s like the designer never used the sink. - They have chosen a strange press soap bottle. It breaks off from the wall daily. -Aside from soap, no basic toiletries are provided. (no shampoo, conditioner, or lotion.) Overall, this place is cheaper than others, but it still costs too much to have this many issues.

It was my first time in Dubai. The hotel was nice and exactly what I needed for my first week. The service team was extremely helpful, especially Kurlos. They were all so kind and helped me navigate my first time here. The room service was good and well priced. The young man that runs the breakfast buffet was exceptional! Always delightful and goes above and beyond. The buffet was great! I would have stayed longer but wanted to be closer to things that I was doing. I highly recommend this hotel! Amazing staff! A great hotel with great staff, food and gym! We had an event in the conference centre and they took exceptional care of us! Special mention to Advil who always was welcoming and to care of me at breakfast!!! All of the staff were kind and accommodating! Hope to return soon

The personnel who ckeaned our hotel room ( Mr Ashraf) was amazing,professional and welcoming.He made iur stay very comfortable and I would recommend him to everyone who ever stays in that hotel.He is the best cleaner I have ever met.Thanks Sam

Super stays à l'hôtel élément al Jaddaf, l'accueil est très conviviale, l'hôtel est propre, avec toutes les équipements nécessaires. L'hôtel dispose de 3 types de chambres: Studio avec la possibilité de 2 lits doubles. Apartments with 1 bedroom and a living room (2 bathroom) always 2 double beds. And finally, apartments 2 beds, (2 bathroom, sleeping possibility at 8). All rooms are equipped with a large refrigerator, washing machine, gasinery and all the kitchen equipment, hot and even vacuum washing equipment is also available a TV team of the chromecast to connect from its phone. The green line metrou is 5 minutes walking distance with the possibility of being put on a shuttle in front of the metro. The hotel is equipped with an open sports room 24h/24 and a swimming pool on the open roof up to 20h. Breakfast is varied (fresh fruit, eggs, juice, coffee, flavour, cheese, charcuterie) The hotel also has a shuttle available every day who will depose you at: - Dubai mall (7-10min) - The sea (strand) - Metro el Jaddaf (2min) There are several timetables for departure and return, it is not necessary to book the shuttle for use. We had travelled 15 days in Dubai er we made several hotels (to the Marina, in the center) but we returned here because we feel like at home!

I had an amazing one night stay at the QE2 - as a Brit now living in Austrália the QE2 has a special place in my heart - never as a Cunard ship could I have afforded travelling to New York - now I could and the ship is sparkling - the renovation is fantastic throwing you back to the heyday of her life - the service was fantastic the food and drink authentic and worth the stay! My wife says I better come back with her

**Review:** I recently stayed at this hotel in Dubai, and it was a fantastic experience. The location is excellent, placing you right next to the metro station and in a good heart of the city with easy access to major attractions. The rooms are very comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a busy day of exploring. The value for money is outstanding, especially considering the range of services available. The hotel offers great amenities, including a well-maintained pool, which was a highlight for relaxation. However, the most impressive aspect was the customer service. The staff were incredibly friendly and supportive, making me feel right at home. Despite being on a very tight budget, I felt I received five-star treatment. If I ever return to Dubai, even with a larger budget, I would still choose to stay at this hotel. It contributed significantly to my wonderful experience in the city. Thank you for everything!
