The hotel is located in a calm area , close to mosque restaurants and grocery down the hotel , staff very friendly especially Haidi, so professional, house keeping available all the time advised for family travel will recommend for sure price very affordable, see u on my next stay.

Pyramisa ,I don't know the meaning of ”PYRIMISA” but I can say wow! PYRAMISA FAMILY & CLEANLINESS! It's very wonderful/peace Environment with friendly Staffs starts from reception to House keeping they are so cooperative and nice hospitality so it pulls me servals times here with, here I met Mr PADAM and Mr ARMAN from housekeeping they made me more SMILE by their services...thank you the hotel management team and family for making my 2nd home WOW ! The hotel is very close to Moe, and there are Chinese restaurants and Chinese supermarkets at the door.

It's a great basic hotel with a good location; I stay there whenever I go to Dubai on business.

It was pleasant stay, I love urban khoory cuz its really clean there. The receptionist name mario I think was really accomodating.

The most impressive thing in the hotel was the staff. Every single staff member was friendly and always able to help (from the people in the breakfast, the pool guys, the reception to the cleaners). Especially in the restaurant Kishan ( a lovely waiter) is always with a smile on the face ready to assist you. My room was every day clean and on the desk I had free hot beverage (coffee, tea). I loved my bed even my pillows.. so soft. The hotel is approx 12 min away from the centre by car, but thats no problem because the main transportation is the taxi in Dubai. For sure i will come back and I highly recommend this hotel especially to the women that travel alone. It feels very safe

This was our fourth visit in a year. We find this hotel has excellent facilities, Clean and tidy rooms, very good gym and 2 pools in addition a splash pool for younger members We had excellent service from all members of staff who are extremely helpful , kind and friendly. In particular in the Novotel Mamun, Anwar, Kyaw, Wil Jun, Novi, Nathan and Zayar also Saqib and Ahmed in the Movenpick. They all went out of their way to ensure all our visits were most enjoyable. Being twinned with the Movenpick means you can enjoy the facilities in both hotels if you wish. Both restaurants offer a good selection of foods at all meal times. We very much look forward to our next visit. A big thank you for the courtesy extended to us at all times. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel, ideal for couples and families alike. My family had an amazing stay at Rose Park Hotel. Rooms were comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the Steambath & Sauna. The hotel is also near to Mashreq Metro Station and other restaurants. Special thanks to the Hotel Manager - Mr. Shahul, Supervisor - MMS for the birthday decoration and to the helpful room attendants Tanvir and Mubarak for making our stay enjoyable and relaxing. Will definitely recommend to my colleagues! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have stayed in this property in the month of February from Feb 26th to March 5th for a period of 7 nights, it was a family vacation with my parents who are senior citizens. We were welcomed by Ms.Lisa front desk executive, she immediately checked is in and the room provided was very good, comfortable and cozy, the bathroom was also functional, only issue was the drain, the sink did not drain well and shower pressure little low, this needs improvement, other than that the stay was very good, the breakfast is decent but definitely needs improvement and needs to be more organised as it gets chaotic and the breakfast needs Indian items like Dosa , etc as these days more hotels have Indian options and the eggs also can be more fluffier and made better, more variety in breakfast is needed considering this is a 4 star property, especially the bakery items needs to be freshly made, not pre sourced bakery items like croissants etc, other than that, the hotel is excellent, we witnessed smoke on our floor whereas it was a non smoking floor, we complained to housekeeping and front desk and the management said they will take notice and take care for future, overall this a excellent property and has the potential to become hot seller in days to come , MOST importantly they need to maintain consistency in service and ensure the hotel doesn’t become a smoke haven by smelly corridors and smelly floors and smoky entrances, this property needs proper care, else it will become another holiday inn festival city which is a disastrous property, the Holiday inn business bay has the potential to become the most sought after property in days to come, a special mention to ALINA, KEKA, ANDREI,NADA from the breakfast team, they provide excellent service to guests and the hotel needs this kind of employees, the house keeping team is also very good, front desk Lisa is true wonderful woman , sweet, caring and loving and she needs to be promoted to maintain this property to highest standards, definitely enjoyable and highly recommended property.
