It’s suitable for business trip. I stayed here 4 nights. And breakfast is good. I love the breakfast. The staff are nice. However, all the good memories be ruined after 24th Nov. 24th Nov, I came from Abu Dhabi and would like to stay here one night, then go back to China. However, I made a wrong booking date at this time. I need to book 24th Nov, but the order booking date is 24th Dec. I didn’t know this mistake until the reception told me this mistake. Unfortunately, it was 22:00PM when I know this problem, so I tried to ask the reception if they can help me to fix it. They just let me contact trip com. They didn’t give me any support. What’s worse, they don’t refund to me. A horrible experience. I don’t understand why gulf hotel reject my request. Refund and then release a room to sell will not affect them. So sad about this problem.

I will recommend this hotel for the reasons as below, 1st of all, I like it's decorations. very urban and modern as it's name, and I like my suitable room at space 25㎡。 2nd the price is reasonable the most important is that the gentlemen at the reception are all nice. Romeo is friendly helping a lot when stay. see u, guys.

I have stayed in this property in the month of February from Feb 26th to March 5th for a period of 7 nights, it was a family vacation with my parents who are senior citizens. We were welcomed by Ms.Lisa front desk executive, she immediately checked is in and the room provided was very good, comfortable and cozy, the bathroom was also functional, only issue was the drain, the sink did not drain well and shower pressure little low, this needs improvement, other than that the stay was very good, the breakfast is decent but definitely needs improvement and needs to be more organised as it gets chaotic and the breakfast needs Indian items like Dosa , etc as these days more hotels have Indian options and the eggs also can be more fluffier and made better, more variety in breakfast is needed considering this is a 4 star property, especially the bakery items needs to be freshly made, not pre sourced bakery items like croissants etc, other than that, the hotel is excellent, we witnessed smoke on our floor whereas it was a non smoking floor, we complained to housekeeping and front desk and the management said they will take notice and take care for future, overall this a excellent property and has the potential to become hot seller in days to come , MOST importantly they need to maintain consistency in service and ensure the hotel doesn’t become a smoke haven by smelly corridors and smelly floors and smoky entrances, this property needs proper care, else it will become another holiday inn festival city which is a disastrous property, the Holiday inn business bay has the potential to become the most sought after property in days to come, a special mention to ALINA, KEKA, ANDREI,NADA from the breakfast team, they provide excellent service to guests and the hotel needs this kind of employees, the house keeping team is also very good, front desk Lisa is true wonderful woman , sweet, caring and loving and she needs to be promoted to maintain this property to highest standards, definitely enjoyable and highly recommended property.

It was our second time visiting Marriot hitel dubai. Everthing was perfect as i expected and room condition, breakfast, and all the facility was wonferful. Also the bell man ”Gourav” was so sweet and welcoming us all the time. Thank you for everthing and I will definitely visit here again.

Absolutely great property with bespoke service and boutique feeling. Staff is very friendly and natural making us feel comfortable. Rooms are sleek with refined details and cozy pool area. Highly recommend dining at their rooftop restaurant offering splendid views of Dubai and Burj Khalifa.

Hotel is at a very good location, within walking distance to many main attractions to include Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa. Rooftop pool was the main reason I stayed at that hotel however no activities by the pool as far as music, DJ etc but it’s still a quiet place to relax and enjoy the day on night. Free valet parking is a big plus. Cleaning is 1/10. Room was very dusty, the cleaning crew did not replenish or leave any shower gel and lotion on 1st day, had to request, water is free however most of the time after cleaning they didn’t leave any even after consuming the 1 bottle the provided.

For the 2nd time, I booked our hotel accommodation at Al Khoory Executive in Dubai thru this app, Trip.com. It was very easy and I received instant confirmation. Love this hotel because of the location; convenient to shops, restaurants and exploring this part of Dubai! The staff are amazing! The breakfast buffet is great as well. It was well worth our stay! I will definitely rebook and stay at this hotel again in the future! 😍

The Market Place restaurant was fantastic. Great food and ambience. The staff were all amazing. Special thanks to Neema, China, Santosh, Falak and Godwin. They made my dad’s 75th birthday a very memorable one. Kudos to the whole team. Keep up the good work!

Hotel was in a great location opposite the Dubai mall. I had a room over looking the Burj which was fantastic, clean and had a comfy bed. All staff were extremely polite and helpful. The hotel provided free drinking water for your room and had a travel agent working in the lobby who you could book tours for. As a solo traveller, I would 100% recommend this hotel.
