The location is the only good thing. Also the size of rooms. Very bad perfume in the room and fridge. Stuck in any food I left in. Need a uplift every where (pool, rooms, lobby), room service came in plastic containers. Pool area doesn't have option for food and beverage. In another booking platform is rated as 5☆. No service elevator, must share with guests and it's a very high building. Pool is sunny for 2h (12h - 14h). The kitchen corner is very big, but cutlery was very few. Only 2 pots, and couple of plates and mugs.

The hotel in general is it good service good security . the best thank is that it is near to Dubai mall . 10 minutes walking Only I have only one note on the hotel that their breakfast is located in very small area and they have less variety of the food I didn’t like that at all. the room are quite good small but good. hotels in general is very good and nice and I can give it is four stars. thank you so much.

We had a tricky check in arrived after check in time and both of our rooms were not ready, the lady on reception tried to sell me an upgrade instead, we are Diamond members and this was never acknowledged, nor any free upgrade offered. Instead she muddled through trying to sell me an upgrade. This was sorted out by the duty manager and we were offered a free dinner as an apology. The rooms are exactly as pictured online, lovely, calming and everything works. Shower pressure and ac are both good. We had a lovely Easter egg gifted and they also provided a little tent for our youngest to play in, very thoughtful. We booked a corner suite and a twin room. The pool area is small but it is a city hotel rather than a resort hotel and our children enjoyed it. Breakfast has a decent selection of food, although coffee service is a little slow.

The location is very central, very close to Burj Khalifa, and you can see it from the room. The service attitude is very good. The hotel I stayed at on my first night in Dubai was very clean. It was great. The service was also very good. They delivered water and collected garbage for us twice a day. However, after I refused the offer to upgrade the room and pay for breakfast at the front desk, I refused to check in. They charged me a deposit of 1,000 dirhams and told me that it was charged in Dubai. However, several hotels later did not charge it. It has been three working days since I left the hotel and it has not been refunded. I am not very happy about this. Other than that, Everything else is very good. I will choose it again when I come to Dubai!

We stayed here for a couple of nights before going to Abu Dhabi and there were a few things we have to highlight. - The sink has no stopper which means “wash your jewellery at your own risk”. But still it is not a very serious issue. - They refused to provide us with additional bottles of mineral water and we were not even absurd/overboard with our request- they provided 2 bottles at the onset and during the day we requested for 2 more and was rejected. They told us to pay for it. - Fine. - What was intolerable were the late night renovation-like noises. We heard them in the first few nights but they stopped at shortly after dinner time. On the last night however, the noises started at 10pm through to 11pm intermittently and we called the concierge. They told us they will stop work. (There were A LOT of neighbours who complaint as well). Then it started at 2AM again through to 2:30am and when we called concierge and told them not to knock on our doors but to just stop the renovation, they came to knock on our doors and told us we were hearing things. Noises of furniture dragging, hammering sounds etc. It definitely affected our sleep and our last night in Dubai!

The service is very good, but the river view suite I ordered, because it was full, I changed to one room and one living room with city view.
