Stayed for a conference at the WTC (which is a short air-conditioed walk away) from the charming greeting at check in to the spotless housekeeping (serviced by Chandra (thankyou!)) It was a pleasure to stay here. Had a couple of meals in the Blue Bar, which were very good for casual dining. First time in Dubai and this hotel made the rest of the trip easy.

Where do I start? Haha. This hotel is really exceptional. I booked the classic room 28 square. I was a little hesitant thinking 28 could be too small since my choice has always been 32 squares and above . I was surprised how big enough the room was, neatly organised and well equipped. Only the bathroom slippers were missing. The room has a small kitchen too. Breakfast is very very heavy , in a case that you could eat breakfast only and need no lunch at all. Dinner is light which is okay to me since breakfast is too heavy . The staff members are so calm and friendly. Always smiling and ready to assist you. There so warm. We are a black couple from Africa and they treated us with nothing but dignity and respect. I shall usually come back to this hotel on my next visit Book this hotel, do not hesitate.you will not regret it
