We had reservations with a predetermined rate. When we arrived we were told that rate could not be used because it was a “game weekend “. Although we had documents to support the rate and reservations. The staff person said in addition to the rate not accepted we also had to be charged for three nights as this was their standard policy for game day weekends and our card was already charged for the third day. We explained we had not provided a card. The staff person was rude, condescending and disrespectful. We finally got to our room being charged their game day rate. The room was dark, old and smelled musty. It’s is not a desirable place to stay. As Marriott what elite members, we have stayed at many hotels and this was by far the worst. I thought Marriott had a standard… quality was lost on this stay.

Go see Lubia afternoon shift at the market and bar, she is the sweetest employee here and takes care of her customers. Location is right off the highway but a short drive to other local places like downtown. The outdoor courtyard is well maintained and welcoming.

Where do I start? From the moment we arrived to the moment we left and everything in between was absolutely amazing! Susan greeted us and helped us navigate the check in process with respect and kindness. Mike the manager treated us like family and made us feel like VIP’s. The rooms were spacious and very clean and the grounds are beautiful, whether looking out onto the courtyard or sitting outside with the ample seating groups. What a great experience. When we checked out, Susan was there again, like a good friend, welcoming us to come back again, which indeed we will. Thank you Marriott, for this amazing home away from home, and wonderful people to call friends! Highly recommend for any and all trips.

Great stay. Very comfortable room. Extremely friendly staff. And very quiet. Conveniently located to the one of the main expressways in the lovely town of Dublin. Thanksgiving weekend and during the OSU - Xichigan rivalry.

This is a standard hotel..with nothing special. However, it met the standard for what I was expecting. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful and some construction was going on in the lobby. My biggest issue was the layout of the hotel. There was no easy way to get to my room and ended up having to walk very far to get to it. The room itself was basic and the bed was comfortable.

This hotel is exactly what we needed! The staff is extremely pleasant and kind. They kept track of why were staying there and asked how our days went. The rooms were extremely clean, the sofa bed was cute and comfy, and the bed was perfect. Outdoor hanging spots by the fire, benches, etc. Super close to the zoo! We loved this hotel. We'll be back soon!

Overall 3 It’s an old hotel that they are trying to fix up with paint and new carpet but it’s still old which means the walls are thin and you hear almost everything from other rooms to people talking in the courtyard. The first entrance had cigarette buds on the walkway with small groups of people standing out front smoking.

This is the original old school courtyard layout with the long walk to the only elevator in the back. Rooms are updated and the hotel ins in a good location. Staff is nice and friendly. Overall its an updated older Marriott Courtyard.

First time staying here, and it will not be the last! What an amazing atmosphere to be in for a fun weekend. Every encounter with staff and management was extremely friendly. Mike, Susan, Russell, Johnny and many more we encountered were polite and willing to go the extra mile, To be greeted with so much positivity from the moment we walked in the door was a very welcomed and appreciated feeling. The rooms were cleaner than any hotel we stayed in in Dublin, and we have stayed in a few places. We are definitely going to stay here again next year for the Irish Festival and every year after in the future. My family is talking about coming back in the fall for a quick weekend get away. I am very impressed with Courtyard by Marriott in Dublin, Ohio and you will not regret staying here!
