"The stay at this hotel was truly memorable. The rooms are spacious and bright, elegantly furnished, comfortable beds and warm and thoughtful service staff. The hotel's breakfast is rich in variety and delicious. The location is excellent, the transportation is convenient, the surrounding environment is quiet, very suitable for leisure and vacation. I will choose here next time."
"The location was perfect to get to local attractions, including the zoo, shopping, and hiking trails. The room and hotel was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and good amenities. We had breakfast elsewhere, as there is no continental breakfast, but that wasn’t a big issue for us. The only negative was that the fan in the bathroom was not functioning - or rather we couldn’t figure out how to turn it on. Otherwise, a good place to stay for a night at a reasonable price."

"Room was comfortable and clean. Problem was at check in.. stood there for several minutes while the desk clerk watched the Celtics/Miami game in the lobby. He definitely saw me come in as he was sitting in the lobby. Didn’t get any warm fuzzies from him when he finally got up from the game.
Breakfast was bad.. coffee was horrible , I got the last cold stale biscuit and it was only 6:30 am ,
b fast started at 6. Took almost 25 minutes to get new batch out. Check out wasn’t much better than check in.. At least they were professionally dressed. Had wrong email address somehow and haven’t received my email receipt yet so they must have made a typo when putting the correct one in."
"Staff was friendly. Coffee was good. Room: Sheets and towels were clean. carpet was Very dirty. Drapes were dirty with stains on them. Shower wall had someone’s black grease hand print on it. Overall, this hotel was just “ok”.
Price was nearly double because of a “Big 10” football game (OSU vs Penn State).
Manager offered to adjust pricing but could not because we booked thru an outside source, Trip.com."
"The hotel service is very good, it looks relatively new and modern, and the surrounding environment is very quiet. In the past, the price of living was just affordable, and breakfast was included, and the place for fitness and swimming was very good."
