We booked the room at 6 o'clock in the evening. It was almost 10 o'clock when we arrived at the hotel. The owner saw that we were a family of 3 and considerately helped us upgrade the room🌹 To animals: We saw a dog, a cat, a parrot, and a rabbit in the B&B. Without exception, they were all very close. To nature and beauty: The place where the hotel is located is a beautiful place. You can almost walk to the camera along the mountain road. The warm lights on the steps guide the returnees. The next day, as soon as the sun rose, the beauty of the mountains was set off to a higher level because of the artificial landscaping. The hotel's flower arrangement ornaments are obviously made from local materials, and the florist's skills are amazing. To B&B: Accommodation and food are the core of B&B. Among the forests of Qingcheng Mountain, the bed linen of the B&B is not damp at all, and the breakfast is not perfunctory at all. The beautiful environment makes people reluctant to leave. We also had lunch at the B&B, and the taste was really good. At the end of writing, my daughter said she would go again🥰

The design of the scholarly family room really hit my heart. The room is located on the top floor of the whole homestay. After taking the elevator up, open the door and walk into a winding corridor. There is light-transmitting glass above the corridor. You can see the bamboo forest of Qingcheng Mountain and birds. After entering the room, the vision suddenly bright, the room except the direction of the wardrobe, is half-floor window setting, from the glass window to look like a different landscape painting, as if people are in the middle of the painting, the mood is very good. However, it was a bit cold when I went this time. The small outdoor terrace and open-air bathing facilities were useless. When it was warmer next time, I must go outside to enjoy the opportunity to have close contact with nature. The store was particularly attentive and prepared a delicious local chicken soup dinner and a beautiful breakfast. After going there, I relaxed my whole body and didn't have to think about anything, just blend in with nature. The time to go this time was short. I went for a day and didn’t enter Qingcheng Mountain to visit. However, I got up in the morning and ran along the mountain trail at the door of Shuxiang. I found that Shuxiang was very close to the mountain gate of Qingcheng Mountain. I ran for a few minutes to the Taoist view of the mountain gate. Aerobic exercise and high concentration of negative oxygen ions, It also makes sports more interesting. I hope I can bring a family here for a holiday next time, stay for a few more days, lie down and relax!

Customer service was excellent as staff were very friendly and proactive to render support. I gave one star for amenities due to food that was not fresh, which probably led to my food poisoning. After eating the buffet breakfast, I suffered from food poisoning. My best guess was the soybean milk or fried fritters (油条) which seemed to be recooked leftovers. Luckily my son and wife did not eat them. During the same buffet breakfast, my wife found the baby tomatoes to be rotten and alerted the chef to remove them. In addition, supper during my second night was cold green bean soup likely to be leftover from my first night supper. Lastly, another minor problem was that my room didn't have any towel rack to hang bath towels which was quite inconvenient. Dryer in washing machines malfunction as my washed clothes were still wet after 3hours of drying.

Sofia truly understand what good service is about, she always often appears when we need help, like when we were getting late for our taxi, she shows up with a golf cart pick us up, like help us move all our luggages while we were outside enjoy the nature walk in Qingcheng Mountain; and delight us with thoughtful surprises, like make a delicious cheese cake appears in our room, with all fruits my wife like and exact salty level I love for a cheese cake. They say good servers are invisible, then great server leave a sparkle impression in our memory. I’ve never had a butler before, in fact, both me and my wife are very autonomous person, we were both a bit uncomfortable about the idea having a stranger take care things for us, however Sofia’s butler service is a great introduction to both of us, and we enjoyed the experience, and we’ve learned how to make the best of a short period of vacation time by delegating tasks to our service provider. One of the best trips I have had and I have already started thinking about when to go next I had booked another hotel but by mistake, it was for the next weekend when I booked this hotel I just thought just book whatever is available But surprisingly it was a great place and at a much lower price. The hotel is near the Mountain sightseeing area, you can just walk 5-8 min and get the cat to the ticket counter. so the location is v good The hotel is v clean and the service is good they also gave me every day some fruits which is v nice of them girls at counters are pleasing though they cant speak English they were still eager to help Breakfast is good had the best Espresso coffee I am going to stay here again may be I will go in two weeks again

I stayed in the hotel nearby for the last few days of my visit to Chengdu because I was going to climb Mount Qingcheng. It was a treasure hotel! Everything in the mini bar was free, and there was welcome sweet soup every night. The front desk was super kind, and later they upgraded our room. The hot spring was very comfortable and refreshing, and they gave us a small gift when we left. The only pity was that I couldn't find the cat that the hotel kept (the last picture is the cat that the hotel kept, but I didn't find it...)

Stayed 4 night at this hotel on Qing Cheng mountains. 5/5 Concierge was extremely helpful with tendering luggages which was very much needed as some rooms are located on second floor ( no elevator). An assistant was assigned to the room and she (Vicky) could be reached almost 24/7 through texting. I had a small accident in the room first night of my stay and she quickly helped with arranging a different room that was more suited to my needs. She also provided me with first aid etc plus always answer my questions promptly ＜3 Note: breakfast was until 11:30am Has one laundry + dryer machine for hotel guest( free of charge) detergent included Daily replenish water (3 bottles), fruit plate, tea, coffee sachet in the room Hotel rooms, restaurants, hot spring are not in the same structure, requires a short walk outdoor which is very common among hotels on qing cheng mount. Highly recommend eating at the hotel restaurant. Has all the local favorite dishes plus good oil was used. Reasonably priced. They offer free shuttle to train station Hanfu experience was a room with about 50 pieces of hanfu to choose from. For female about 20 -30 pieces, for male about 5 pieces, for kids about 5 pieces.

Convenient parking, breakfast provided Facilities: Chinese style, decoration and bedding are all new Sanitation: clean and tidy Service: The front desk lady is very nice, recommended the Qingcheng Mountain parking plan to me, and found that our belongings were left in the room during the room check. When it was inconvenient to go back to pick them up, she specially helped us express them back to Guangdong. Thank you very much, I will stay there next time I go to play

Without leaving the hotel, the park is super large, the green grass is mixed with the fragrance of various herbs, the five-color hot springs drive away the troubles brought by the hot summer, the viewing bridge is great for taking pictures with an oil-paper umbrella, and the bird-singing brook viewing platform is a single color with the sky and water. Get up early, go to the private mountain forest to watch the beautiful sunrise, return to the restaurant to feast on various delicacies, and make a pot of good tea to share with your family. Isn't it a pleasure to be a fairy for half a day!

This hotel offers a great location near Chengdu's high-speed rail station and the popular Panda selfie attraction. Be prepared to carry your luggage up three flights of stairs to reach the entrance. The rooms are clean and cozy, featuring a comfortable soft bed. For added convenience, there's a minimart and restaurant right at the hotel entrance.
