Our first booked room left much to be desired, dirty windows and unkept lawn with many insects in the courtyard. I asked for a room change and management swiftly not only changed but also upgraded us to a two bedroom villa and were very apologetic. I really did enjoy my stay and would recommend this place to all families and couples.

This Hotel is located on beautiful grounds, however it is a real shame that they are letting the weeds takeover everywhere. Still very pleasant to walk around the complex with all the trees, flowers, lake, swans & ducks, but it breaks your heart to see the weeds taking over everywhere and there is what once would have been a beautiful Rose Flower path and the roses are still flowering but no maintenance at all and weeks are taller than the rose bushes and all they seem to do is just the grass and forget the rest. Rooms and facilities were very clean, so I was impressed. Room layout is excellent and very, very big with a courtyard and external spa, you start to relax as soon as you walk in the door. The only thing that put me and my wife off is the mahjong table in the main room on the first floor. TV had no movies and no English Chanels at all. Food in the All Day Dining (Chinese Restaurant) was very nice but limited. Breakfast was not a very big selection and probably because it is not peak season, however it also was not very good and put us off even trying the Western Food for dinner and went across the road for fast food instead. Staff were very nice and polite. We want for my wife's birthday and apart from the impressive building structures, there was no WOW factor for the overall experience.

As a family of four with two kids we had a wonderful stay at Song Hotel in Dujiangyan. The location of the hotel is very convenient, right next to the ski hall and a mall. To Qingchengshan it is only a 15 minutes drive. The service was excellent and especially Dai Xiao made us feel home and helped us with everything we needed. The villa had a beautiful view on the mountains and the private hot tub in the backyard was very relaxing. The villa was equipped very well and we did not miss anything - also the two restaurants (Chinese & western food) were very delicious. We can definitely recommend it and we want to come back soon!

The hotel lobby is very grand and elegant. The front desk check-in was very fast and the service attitude was very good. The housekeeper Yang Chun responded to messages very promptly and patiently answered all my questions. The service was very good and made my stay very comfortable.

It is actually not easy to find a private hot spring villa so close to Chengdu, so every winter I would bring my family to Songpin to stay for a night or two, climb mountains, soak in hot springs, feed swans by the lake, and relieve the tension in winter.

The hotel is located in a park with fresh air. You can take a walk along the Shuxian Lake. The golden color of the ginkgo trees on the road is unforgettable. The rooms are clean and sanitary, the equipment and facilities are relatively new, and the maintenance is relatively good. What is unforgettable is that in this cold winter, you can take a hot spring in your own garden. Special thanks to our housekeeper Kiko. Since the start of check-in, she has taken meticulous care and made our weekend holiday warm and happy. Thank you! Finally, I especially recommend that the Sichuan cuisine in the hotel restaurant is really authentic and delicious. Twice-cooked pork and Mapo tofu are must-orders. Looking forward to meeting next time!

The room is spacious and bright, warm as spring, the solid wood furniture is thick and solid, the hotel facilities are well maintained, the service staff are polite and thoughtful, the shuttle bus responds quickly, five-star praise, highly recommended!

The hotel lobby is grand, the room is quite large, with 2 floors, clean and comfortable, and a free afternoon tea is provided. The garden is beautiful with a hot spring pool. It is quiet at night, looking at the stars in the sky, lying in the pool and soaking in the hot spring, which is very comfortable. The housekeeper is considerate and provides various services at any time. The only shortcoming is that the breakfast variety is a bit small, but for the brand of Songpin, I will choose Songpin next time.

The hotel butler Tibbers provided very good service and helped me solve many problems during my stay. It was a very comfortable experience. The environment and service were very good. The room was very new and had a sense of design. It was a good choice for traveling with family. It was also very cost-effective.

This is my second year in Qingcheng Mountain. I wanted to book Six Senses but it didn't have hot springs, so I chose Songpin. Songpin is really great. The environment is quiet and the rooms are all single-family villas with private hot spring pools. They are all Chinese courtyard style. I like it. The room is clean and quiet. Many people say they are real hot springs, but they are actually hot water, but Songpin is a real hot spring and your hands won't wrinkle no matter how long you soak in it. It was really super comfortable to soak in the hot spring after climbing the mountain yesterday. It drove away all the fatigue. The housekeeper Miss Yang Shimei's service is super good. No matter how late we find her, she will reply to us immediately and provide help. Next year when we come to Qingcheng Mountain again, we will continue to choose Songpin😊

The hotel rooms are mainly villas, with a quiet environment and the fragrance of birds and flowers. Service: The hotel housekeeper Yang Shimei sent a warm reminder for check-in before check-in, and responded to any needs during the stay as soon as possible, which was very satisfactory. Facilities: The hotel opened in 2021. The room facilities are relatively new, and there is an outdoor hot spring pool. I soaked my feet in the evening. There are 4 seats in the courtyard, which is very suitable for leisure and vacation. Breakfast: There are rich choices and the breakfast environment is very good. Facing the central lake, you can also see swans. The afternoon tea is exquisite.

The environment is very good, the housekeeper Miss Yang Shimei is very nice, the room has good lighting, the hygiene is also very good, and the room is quiet enough. For me, who has high requirements for sleep quality, it feels very good! The location is good, the transportation is also convenient, the room is comfortable and hygienic, the service staff is very enthusiastic and willing to provide various help, parking is free, and I am very satisfied with my stay!

The housekeeper Yang Shimei added WeChat before we checked in. The service was really good. He also recommended delicious restaurants nearby. They were really delicious. The hotel environment was very good, there were free parking spaces, the hotel breakfast was also very rich, there was organic hemp and hot spring pool in the room, and the hotel also gave Sunac ski tickets or fishing activities to choose from. In short, it was a very comfortable and unforgettable accommodation experience. I will come again next time
