Nice room! The location is about 100 meters away from the mountain gate. The environment is very good and the air is good. You can see the mountain view when you open the window. On the day of check-in, the high-cold attitude of the front desk clerk was cool for a while. The attitude of indifferentness was not a little warm. The check-in time was also said that it was because the customer did not check out and was still cleaning. Because we waited for a few hours to stay! Fortunately, when we left the store, another waiter at the front desk was very friendly, caring and enthusiastic, and also took the initiative to inform us that we can take the scenic car to the subway station! The working attitude of the waiter who received us the day before is very necessary to learn from it!

The design of the scholarly family room really hit my heart. The room is located on the top floor of the whole homestay. After taking the elevator up, open the door and walk into a winding corridor. There is light-transmitting glass above the corridor. You can see the bamboo forest of Qingcheng Mountain and birds. After entering the room, the vision suddenly bright, the room except the direction of the wardrobe, is half-floor window setting, from the glass window to look like a different landscape painting, as if people are in the middle of the painting, the mood is very good. However, it was a bit cold when I went this time. The small outdoor terrace and open-air bathing facilities were useless. When it was warmer next time, I must go outside to enjoy the opportunity to have close contact with nature. The store was particularly attentive and prepared a delicious local chicken soup dinner and a beautiful breakfast. After going there, I relaxed my whole body and didn't have to think about anything, just blend in with nature. The time to go this time was short. I went for a day and didn’t enter Qingcheng Mountain to visit. However, I got up in the morning and ran along the mountain trail at the door of Shuxiang. I found that Shuxiang was very close to the mountain gate of Qingcheng Mountain. I ran for a few minutes to the Taoist view of the mountain gate. Aerobic exercise and high concentration of negative oxygen ions, It also makes sports more interesting. I hope I can bring a family here for a holiday next time, stay for a few more days, lie down and relax!

Found a treasure hotel in Qingcheng Mountain, the boss and staff are super good, help with luggage, free upgrade room, prepare food after breakfast time, and send gifts before leaving, the service is great! Good location, walking distance from Qingcheng Mountain Qianshan, there are ”snacks and restaurants” nearby, it is very convenient to travel and eat. The hotel is a group of villas with gardens, equipped with children's entertainment pool and hot springs, beautiful environment, birds and flowers, like garden villas and convenient travel is highly recommended!

One of the best trips I have had and I have already started thinking about when to go next I had booked another hotel but by mistake, it was for the next weekend when I booked this hotel I just thought just book whatever is available But surprisingly it was a great place and at a much lower price. The hotel is near the Mountain sightseeing area, you can just walk 5-8 min and get the cat to the ticket counter. so the location is v good The hotel is v clean and the service is good they also gave me every day some fruits which is v nice of them girls at counters are pleasing though they cant speak English they were still eager to help Breakfast is good had the best Espresso coffee I am going to stay here again may be I will go in two weeks again

Customer service was excellent as staff were very friendly and proactive to render support. I gave one star for amenities due to food that was not fresh, which probably led to my food poisoning. After eating the buffet breakfast, I suffered from food poisoning. My best guess was the soybean milk or fried fritters (油条) which seemed to be recooked leftovers. Luckily my son and wife did not eat them. During the same buffet breakfast, my wife found the baby tomatoes to be rotten and alerted the chef to remove them. In addition, supper during my second night was cold green bean soup likely to be leftover from my first night supper. Lastly, another minor problem was that my room didn't have any towel rack to hang bath towels which was quite inconvenient. Dryer in washing machines malfunction as my washed clothes were still wet after 3hours of drying.

The hotel is extremely big. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Breakfast has plenty selection, coffee was great just the way I like. Room is spacious with all necessities.

The location of the villa is easy to find. The room is a hardcover room, which feels like home. There are two bedrooms. The room is clean and hygienic, with a kitchen. Parking is convenient, and a separate parking fee is required for entry and exit. The housekeeper is very enthusiastic and has a great attitude, and the lady who cleans up the room when you check out is also very active, thumbs up! The villa is close to Qingcheng Mountain, which is very convenient. It takes two or three minutes to drive to the special parking lot of the scenic spot, and then take the scenic sightseeing bus to the ticket office of Qingcheng Mountain. Satisfied with the accommodation, will go again in the future.

When it was inconvenient to go back to pick them up, she specially helped us express them back to Guangdong. Thank you very much, I will stay there next time I go to play

The housekeeper service is very enthusiastic, and the whole check-in process is pleasant and reassuring. The landlord personally received us when we checked in, and personally led us into the room. The layout of the room is simple and fresh, all kinds of facilities are available, the sanitary conditions are very meticulous, and the details are handled very cleanly. The housekeeper patiently answered our questions, which made us very satisfied. The hotel is a 20-minute drive from the front mountain of Qingcheng Mountain. It is absolutely perfect to rest on the mountain after climbing the mountain. There is also a private hot spring that makes all the fatigue of the day disappear. The best thing is that it is very quiet and soundproof, especially suitable for sleeping. This stay experience is really great, highly recommended!!!

This Hotel is located on beautiful grounds, however it is a real shame that they are letting the weeds takeover everywhere. Still very pleasant to walk around the complex with all the trees, flowers, lake, swans & ducks, but it breaks your heart to see the weeds taking over everywhere and there is what once would have been a beautiful Rose Flower path and the roses are still flowering but no maintenance at all and weeks are taller than the rose bushes and all they seem to do is just the grass and forget the rest. Rooms and facilities were very clean, so I was impressed. Room layout is excellent and very, very big with a courtyard and external spa, you start to relax as soon as you walk in the door. The only thing that put me and my wife off is the mahjong table in the main room on the first floor. TV had no movies and no English Chanels at all. Food in the All Day Dining (Chinese Restaurant) was very nice but limited. Breakfast was not a very big selection and probably because it is not peak season, however it also was not very good and put us off even trying the Western Food for dinner and went across the road for fast food instead. Staff were very nice and polite. We want for my wife's birthday and apart from the impressive building structures, there was no WOW factor for the overall experience.
