New and clean rooms, nicely and thoughtfully decorated although on the small size. Breakfast could be better. Pool is cute. Location is accesible via tricycle from any point in Dumaguete. Will stay again if we're in Dumaguete.

Great place! New as of 2023. Clean, no complaints. Breakfast was adequate. Swimming pool was well maintained. I will book again.

Clean and comfortable. The room was a little on the small side, but this was completely overlooked with the good service. Next time I come to Duma, I will choose this hotel to stay.

Being new, the rooms are small, but neat and clean. They are very colourful, as you can see from the photos. There's a rooftop pool, possibly the smallest hotel pool ever, yet quite deep. Good for cooling off and for its views of the city. If there are sufficient guests, breakfast may be a buffet on the top floor, which is quite good. Otherwise, you only get to order a meal and one drink from the cafe next to reception. As is often the case in the Philippines, the choice is extremely limited in that case. It's hard to rate the hotel's value, when these are two vastly different situations. You can have 4 or 5 or more glasses of juice at the breakfast buffet, or only 1 if that's not operating. I'll be generous and rate it very good, but that assumes they supply the decent breakfast. If you get stuck with the cafe breakfast, I'd downgrade it to average.
