The place is very accessible to everything. As soon as you get out of the hotel the public transportation is very easy to access. Dining places and other recreational place. The room is very neat and the staff was very accommodating.

The room is clean and spacious. The aircon is working fine. The staffs are friendly even though we checked in late at night. The breakfast buffet was delicious and fulfilling.

A hotel like this in Negros Oriental , Philippines is quite upscale than the competitors.

All staffs are very nice and accommodating. I asked for a small item and they even bought outside just to accommodate my request. Room is clean. Was not able to try the pool due to busy schedule, the pool has a 4’ depth. Will book this place again next time I visit Dumaguete.

Amazing as usual everything is great

Health: very good good environment

The gym was so dirty. Uncleaned and very very dusty. No functioning light. No water dispenser. And just generally in poor, unclean condition. Food choices were limited. They were selling 3-in-1 coffee sachets at the lobby — there’s a decent coffee shop not far from it so better get it from there.

My recent stay at Sierra Hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. I booked a two-bedroom room expecting a comfortable stay, but what I encountered was far from acceptable. Firstly, one of the beds was inexplicably placed on the floor. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel that claims to provide quality accommodations. The room also had a serious cockroach problem, which made it impossible to relax or feel comfortable. To make matters worse, the housekeeping service was practically nonexistent. The room was not cleaned at all during my stay, which only exacerbated the already poor conditions. Lastly, the staff was utterly ineffective. They were unresponsive to complaints and seemed indifferent to the issues I raised. Their lack of professionalism and inability to address any of the problems I faced only added to the frustration. I would strongly advise against staying at Sierra Hotel. It was a truly terrible experience, and I will not be returning.

Food is great! and the service and rooms are great also. Nagustuhan ko ung potato salad and the soup (mushroom, creamy soup). Hope the channels or their cable TV ay mas marami. Mas maganda if may netflix din. Mahina ang internet connection sa room na nakuha namin. Hope libre ang extra pillow next time.

The Sierra is a great property in the midpriced range, in a great location with great service. Be sure to include breakfast in your stay. Well worth it. Minutes from the boulevard and Silliman campus with the ocean within walking distance. Aircon keeps the rooms cool even on the hottest of days in Negros.

Senior asking for assistance to help her luggage to carry down stairs to avoid delay on her flight and it took the staff or management too long to help.and when the assistance came they didn't bring any trolly no initiative.causing them to delay more.the senior have been waiting 30 mins for assistance.

This hotel is better than i expect, the staffs are so very nice, also the beautiful ladies in frontdesk , and the guys who serve from breakfast.👌 ilove the genre of there rooms so very classy. and they pick me up in the Airport going to hotel for free. i recommend this hotel to my friends here in zebu, They broke the Scale 10/10💯
