The hotel is fairly central . It's under one kilometre from the main train station

Good spot. Helpful staff. Room was clean. It has what you need no extra frills at a great price.

It is close to Shin-Shizuoka Station, but it is a bit of a walk to Shizuoka Station. It is unmanned from late afternoon, and the person at the counter is a bit sharp in terms of service. Other than that, I was satisfied with everything!

Well, it's cheap to stay, so I don't mind if amenities are sold separately. However, even though it's listed as being in front of the station, it's quite a hassle to walk 16 minutes to Shizuoka Station on Google Maps while pulling a carry-on suitcase. It's also worth the price to have to check in and check out by yourself using a tablet. Well, it's not a price that's too much to complain about, so I slept well and it was comfortable.

There was hair around the bathroom and stuck to the walls, which was unpleasant. Also, it was dark and I felt stuffy. However, the staff were very helpful.

Except for the close location, everything else is average. There is no one at the counter, but at least there is a phone. They will handle the check-in problem with just one call. Trip.com does not provide 6 codes or QR codes for check-in. The platform has a big problem.

Even though I arrived exactly at 3:00 pm, they accommodated me and I was able to check in smoothly. I also received candy and felt cared for. However, the smell in the room is the worst. The room smelled of cigarettes and the unit bath smelled of sweat and half-dried clothes, like a men's locker room. The bedding seemed clean, but I couldn't help but notice the smell. I'm worried that the suit I brought has a smell.
