Booked the room at the last minute because of my feeling sick. We got there at a reasonable time and all I wanted to do was lie down. I felt extremely ill and I didn't want to deal with the grouchy, short and arrogant desk attendant or her nasty looks or attitude. All I needed to do was lie down but due to no information regarding their security deposit of $50 we had to sit and add an application to my phone. After downloading the app and exchanging $50 in cash with my girl we paid the deposit and got our keys for the room. We grabbed our stuff and headed to the room and upon entering that room we were overcome with the smell of moth balls and a strong disinfectant smell. OMG, it was so strong it was sickening. Not what we needed or expected. Not happy about the service or the room and we haven't seen their idea of breakfast yet. God help us and hopefully that will make up for the terrible service and attitude from a horrible employee. If not this is a total zero hotel and should not be able to deal with happy go lucky travelers.

What can I say I stayed here for about a week and a half the staff was great they were nice polite and friendly very helpful I really couldn't complain about too much they're cleanliness is decent it may look a little rundown but is it older hotel room they just need to do some updating but for the price you can't beat it anyway from $69 a night 14 depending on the room you want they have a pool each room comes with the TV mini fridge microwave it's in a great location you got Publix across the street Taco Bell and McDonald's you know so on all like I said you can't beat it

AC in room was awesome. Pool was great! Location was fantastic. The actual building is disgusting. The entire place smells really really bad. The beds were horrible. So so so bad. I worn flip flops in the shower. Pretty nasty stuff. But the pool and location rock! Staff was okay.

The place was filthy, it had a bad foul odor and there were ants in the room. The place ****** and I would never recommend it to my worst enemy!

It was an awful stay, the room very dirty and run down, front desk lady had an attitude, there was no mention of a 50 dollar deposit fee prior to booking, so overall 135 for one night was not worth the stay. As soon as we got into the room it smelt like cigarette smoke. Definitely will not be staying there again

Room and facilities ok. Just needed a clean quiet comfortable place to sleep. Those needs were met. Location provided good access to downtown, local shops, and roadways.

Charge you a $50 deposit before checking in for “damages”! Advertisenment says balcony room….didn’t have balcony & room had preexisting HOLE IN THE WALL ABOUT 10” hole in wallboard! They switched me to an upstairs room Balcony view of wall of other hotel room. Rooms/furnishings/decor are very outdated, old Ho-Jo hotel, piles of old rolled up carpet back stairway entrance, mattress, worn out, squeaky.

Very poor service quality. No smile, no welcome greeting. Bad smell in the building and bedroom. I had a bad experience of this hotel.

People sleeping in their cars in the parking lot. Dimly lit hallways. Checked out 15 minutes after checking in.

This "hotel" was disgusting. The walk down the hall to the room displayed filthy panels falling off the wall, old, cracked concrete and a window air conditioner unit pushed into a decrepit wall to cool the hallway. The room sported a linoleum tile floor which was probably asbestos, and the unit smelled of a chemical designed to mask the reality of the "cleanliness." We left without checking out. In all fairness, the proprietors called when they discovered we were gone and refunded two of the three days we had booked. However, avoid this place like the plague.

Unproprtionally expensive dirty, not well furnished, bad TV, wery limited poor breakfast. I would not recommend this hotel for anybody.

The room smelled rather damp & musty. We weren't sure if we could sleep well. Before going out for dinner, we opened a window and ran the fan. Bought some lavender oil room freshener when we were out, and sprayed that rather liberally several times before going to bed. Left the window open & fan running all night. Slept O.K. & by morning either the room smelled better or we had become accustomed to the smell.

Service is TERRIBLE! I have stayed twice because it is downtown and cheap but the customer service is HORRIBLE. Just rude people. It is like they don't want you business. I reserved a king bed and they told me because I checked in late they gave my room away and I had two double beds. Continental Breakfast?? LOL! Grab a box of Cheerios on the way out the door. Not even any coffee. Only redeeming quality is the price.
